Traveling in Europe, I always rent through Kemwel. Always the best rates and dependable. I had to cancel a trip during Covid and had no problems with Kemwel refunding my full rental cost. In my opinion, Kemwel is the best.

Easy as usual, I have used for years, especially in Europe.

Always had good dealings with Kemwel. If only they could work with the folks in the rental places to stop them from taking advantage or tired travelers just arriving, particularly at Heathrow from the States, and upselling every conceivable item and scaring the daylights out of everyone!! Same could be said for almost all car hire places, although had fabulous experience in New Zealand!!!

I always rent cars from Kemwel, either overseas or in the US. I have never been disappointed by the choice of cars, but above all their customers service is excellent, much better than the car rental companies themselves.

I am using Kemwel / Autoeurope fo rental cars in Europe for many, many years. They have best prices, excellent customer service. I couldn’t recall any problems that I experienced on any stages of car rental starting from booking, pick up and return back the vehicle.
