Kendally is a scam. I had purchased 3 bras from them and what they sent me is garbage. The bra hung off of me like a rag, there was NO support and/or coverage. I wondered why there was no information in the packaging for returns or replacements, and now I know why. When I finally found the contact information and asked them about returning their "merchandise" they told me that I had 15 days to contact them to get a refund. I missed that mark by two days. I explained that most companies have a 30-day return policy and it was undisclosed in anything that I had gotten for that, return label or any else for that matter. In their defense they offered me 20% off of any other purchase. I would never ever think of patronizing them again after what they sold me and how poorly it was made. They are definitely a scam.

The video claims to offer great support for large breasted women. These bras do not do that at all. They are more like a bralette with very minimal support. Will not be purchasing from again and would like to warn others not to waste their time.

It does not support well and does not cover properly.
They do not give refund unless it is a manufacturer defect. Spent money for no good. Biggest scam.

This is the crappy company there bras are a joke. DO NOT BUY I waited so long to get the bras that I called my credit card company and had them fight to get a my money back because I thought it was a scam it took that long to receive them. I repeatedly sent them emails that I did not want the bras. I unfortunately deleted all the emails from them and now have no way to return the junk. Wish I could find my order number because they would be on there way back.

SCAM ALERT. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Try to return it-shipping back to China costs more than the bra. Not even close to advertised product. They should be banned!
Report and tell everyone you know. This company is a scam.

I used the size chart they give you, I am a DD the chart size says to use an 3x bra. Now trusting this I ordered two.. finally they came in the mail after asking for weeks were are my bras, I opened up one package excited to see what kind of support they have and absolutely NOTHING.
The straps kept falling off my shoulders, my breasts were hanging out the sides. And no support at all.
I messaged them took pictures, there response was to me. Sorry for your troubles will give you 10% back because all body's are different...

This company is horrendous-DO NOT ORDER THEIR BRAS.

The bras do absolutely nothing for your boobs, no cleavage, no support, back fat still hanging out and its itchy and uncomfortable! I tried to return them, and they cited it doesn't work for all body types even though the thick body type is advertised on their web site as a perfect fit for the bras. I have complained to the Attorney General and put a claim in with my bank.

Everyone here should complain to the attorney general, BBB and put a false advertising claim in with their bank.

Nothing went right took over 2 months to receive. Did not fit ( on the website it says it would)

They never sent a confirmation email so the package was difficult to track. When I did get the package they had sent the wrong size I ordered 4X and they sent XL. I tried to give the bra to a skinny friend but when she tried it on she hated it. Do not buy.

If I could give them zero stars I would. What a total waste of money. ordered two of the front cross bras for older women that claim to have great support and lift as well as added slimming effect. They offer zero support, no lift and no slimming effect. And the fabric is so thin it will probably fall apart after a couple washings. It was already snagged when I took it out of the package. Buyer beware, as they offer no refunds or returns.

I ordered according to the size chart. It is HUGE. In calling for support, "no representatives are available." This is a SCAM. Do not waste your money. No one in this world could fit into this bra. It is huge all around except for the tiny cups! "Minus 5 stars" would be more appropriate review.

This company should be banned from doing business in the USA.

A total scam, after waiting over a month for delivery, the size of products is NOT properly sized according to their size chart. Wish I read reviews before ordering. Then they will not let you return the product. Company is so bad that they have to deny returns, the only way this company could possibly make a profit, by stealing your money.

If I could give a no star if would still be too high. This product is crap. As the other review said no size fits.
In late Sept, I followed their chart for 40d (2x) and what they sent was maybe a 'b' cup, the lace was flimsy, and couldn't fasten it. When I asked for a refund, they wrote back that their team decided to send a bigger size. I got a 5x...now it fit my cup, but the rest was so big the straps wouldn't stay up and the lace was so thin it rolled to a cord and cut off my circulation.
I again wrote (its now Nov) for a refund (only email is accepted) and they replied saying they've done all they can and consider the case resolved.

I ordered two bra sizes because one size should fit, right? They did not. One size was way too small and the next size up a giant could not have worn those straps. They do not fit as the ad portrays and is false advertising. They say no refunds and they mean it I received back $20 on an over $100 purchase. They said only 15 percent can be returned financially or I could pay even more to ship them back. The quality is horrible. I am embarrassed about the money I wasted and will remember to start checking reviews before ordering online again.

Poor quality. Awful material. And customer service/support when you realize the product you ordered is not what was advertised, is very sad. I should have read reviews prior to ordering. DON'T ORDER!!

I fell for this promotion. The product is awful, and has no support whatsoever, and is micro thin. I did not receive the items in a timely manner, and when I asked to return them, I was told that I missed the return window by one day. Now I am stuck with 2 totally useless bras. Not sure that I should even donate them. Do not order these unless you have a small bust size, and don’t really need support. They received one star because that was the lowest I could go…

Will not allow you to return. Nothing like the advertising shows. No lift, poor quality, basically a total rip off.

Waited a full month for these bras, two in black ….news flash …. If you are larger than a 34A , you can forget it ….. no support what so ever …. Made very cheap … flimsy and thin …a garbage product…

Scam!!! I would give 0 if possible. Took several months, finally got the product. 2 bras were the wrong size (a 5XL!!!). Customer service lies , won’t honor your actual purchase and send the correct sizes that you ordered. Stay far far far away. Product fit like a 4th grader made it

I ordered 2 bras on 9/2/2023 and still have not received. When I went to track it again, it states the order has been completed. How is that possible when I have not gotten what I ordered?
