Customer service was excellent. There was an issue with the delivery address and this was sorted painlessly & resolved the same day. Fab. The item is beautiful (scroll engraved bracelet in silver) fantastic quality & beautiful box and gift bag included. Looking forward to the gold oak leaf coming back in to stock so I can buy one for myself!

The bangle is a gift for my son, it looks to me to be a really lovely design ( the dogs) something to have and keep that’s a real work of art by a true craftsman

I was delighted to receive this silver bracelet with the beautiful oak engraving inspired by Ken Hunt. The quality is first class and this lovely piece of jewellery was delivered in a walnut presentation box showing the care taken to deliver the piece in style. And I must say, the understated note from Grandson Charlie Bollands advising on how best to care for the bracelet was an excellent touch! To have one of Ken Hunt's amazing creative designs as a gift for my wife's special birthday is a privilage! Thank you very much.....

Everything's been polished, every detail that I seen in the website and the bracelet doesn't look anything like the picture,I will send you pictures of them that you can see well,actually this is a gift for my boyfriend,but it’s really not the kind of thing that a engraver artist who we all love is supposed to do.
