Be very careful with this company. I am a PhD Physiotherpaist and lecturer at a red brick University in England. The company uses fear and lies to market their product. Their website and adverts are full of fear mongering and messages (such as exaggerated neck humps and claims that particular posture causes long term damage) that have 0 evidence behind them. Just be aware when you use their products, I just looked to at a review below, where they were offering money to change a review. Shady practice. And to answer the question, no the claims about "research are absolute nonsense". Ask them to produce evidence such as peer reviewed papers done on the device, they do not operate within the confines of research.
I would have had no problem, the products are safe to use, it's just the marketing is based on lies and deceit. In healthcare we have a duty to be benevelont and help others, not harm and manipulate.
EDIT: Kenko back has ironically flagged my review for containing "harmful" or illegal content.
Kenko back your response is typical, as can be seen on your facebook and response to reviews here, avoiding the facts.

Would you be able to provide proof of this?
Also you did not adress that you advertise based on deceit and false claims. For example, on one ad, you are claiming that forward head posture leads to degeneration of the cervical spine, along with a picture illustrating this. There is no scientific evidence for this. This was old belief and modern science has proved this wrong.
The wording used throughout your marketing and website is also highly nocebic. You paint thoracic kyphosis as an ugly deformity for example amongst other claims.
I am Phsyiotherapist with over 15 years of experience and I have seen the damage this can do to people. I've had patient's afraid of barely moving because they had been told diagnoses described with similar words you use in your marketing.
And the AUDACITY to flag my review as harmful? I will be ready to present any and all scientific evidence and education to trust pilot and anyone who is willing. Again, I don't have a problem with the product itself, it's the marketing behind it, based on FEAR and NOCEBIC language. The fact that you have health care professionals working for you that presumably allow this is highly UNETHICAL. I joined healthcare to HELP people, it seems you only care about financial gain.

I have bought their Neurosocks twice
I have bought their Neurosocks twice. First time 2 pairs to test the product, and second time because I loved them and I needed 2 more pairs to help me so I could wear them 7 days a week. Before I had hot sweaty support-sock that I hated, now I am a happy man with my Neurosocks that I recommend to all with problem with painful and swollen ankles. Perfect in the heat here in Portugal !!

I love these guys and their products. Their customer service is awesome and I have a high bar when it comes to customer service. They are quick to respond, take action on any questions, make sure you understand their products and how they work -BRAVO! 2nd I have the neck stretcher and I love it. Swollen feet.
I was having a problem with swollen feet only, I did not want to wear the knee high support ones I have as they are hard to put on and also too hot to wear in the summer. My eye caught the socks from you and I ordered them immediately. I was so happy with the service you provided and also the quality of your socks. No accountability and product not sent.
Don’t buy this product. I paid for express international shipping which was quite a bit more and was promised it would be shipped in 2 days. It has been a whole month now and they still haven’t shipped it! I sent an email asking to cancel my order twice because I can buy it on Amazon, and the first email they apologized but didn’t fix it and now they’re ignoring the second email in which I request a refund. The whole reason I went with express delivery is because I’m in a lot of pain. They bombard you with emails but don’t even send the products. Going to have to take it up with my bank. I ordered 3 separate products too for over $130. Awful company.

Kenko back and the Neck cloud bundle are great!
I am enjoying both the products Kenko back and the Neck cloud bundle.
I had a similar product to the Kenko back but yours is better with the spine lining insert.
The neck cloud is also fantastic. I am using it now every day as is my wife.
As a massage therapist I will be using it on my clients who suffer from neck pain while treating them in a massage session.

Great service and excellent product
Great service and excellent product. I ordered the compression socks and they arrived promptly. However they were too small for my feet. Contacted the company and they immediately made it right by sending me a new pair and no additional cost to me! The new ones fit right and have done an amazing job at reducing my neuropathy!

Scam! Look on Amazon!!!
Please look up this same product on Amazon as it’s sold for $13.
I paid $65 and was told by a rep that they would not refund me. It’s the SAME product.
This alone has made this an unpleasant experience.
They emailed me stating that it’s a “similar” product and it’s backed by research. It’s the exact same product! Not a single difference.

Neck Freedom
Thought I’d let you guys know how I felt after using your fine product.
I felt better immediately after using my “Neck Cloud” for the first time.
I am an actor and movement facilitator.
I lead a very active lifestyle.
I am used to aches and pains from years of dancing.
I was concussed in 2018 on a film set which created some neck intensities- I saw a chiropractor, osteopath, and physio therapist, who all contributed to my initial healing.
I was however, very interested in being able to do something beyond my stretching and strengthening on my own; something that would give me ease and was transportable.
I saw the “Kenko Back” advert on social media, coincidentally, I was recently diagnosed with TMJ due to a reaction after some dental procedures- All my neck pain was reignited, along with jaw pain, which was so depressing and physically stressful; most especially after 3 years plus of treatments and therapies to get me back to a good place…
When I first saw the add I felt like it seemed too good to be true.
But
I had nothing to loose.
So I ordered the Neck Cloud.
Not kidding, after the first 5 minutes that first day I felt so much length and space in my cervical spine and my jaw even felt less constricted right off the bat!
And its been a couple of weeks now with regular use, ten minutes a day, that I truly feel the difference.
I can have pain after doing an activity, lay down on the cloud and it releases so much, I have fallen asleep; not something that happens to me normally.(Good thing I set a timer😉)
I would definitely recommend this product.
I am looking forward to showing my physio at our next meeting.
I don’t take pain killers,
or muscle relaxants, so the last few months, the pain has been, at times, off the charts… its easing again with “The Neck Cloud”, along with my TMJ.

Bad Customer service!
Placed an order on 6/18/22 received it 7/2/22. Tried out the pillow and per the 60 day guarantee I was not satisfied. Reached out via email because they have no phone number for customer serv. I was asked to give it more time to adjust. It hasn't worked out. I cannot use it. I have emailed them 3 times now and they do not reply. I only get a automated message that I have reached them outside of normal business hours and that someone will get back to me on the issue. Needless to say they have not. Having to file a dispute w/ my credit care company to resolve the issue. I have herniated disks in my neck and this product has caused me more pain. Very disappointed in the pillow and the lack of customer service

Have received two items, the Neuro Socks and the Pro Snooze pillow, both for my husband's use. I really wish I had read the countless reviews here about how horrendous this company is. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Amazon sells the same products for MUCH better quality and fast shipping.
The customer service is the worst I've experienced as there is no way to contact them except for email, which they never respond to anyways. I have sent emails and numerous messages on their chat box about wanting a refund because I am tired of waiting.
I paid for faster shipping and 3 weeks later my product isn't here and the tracking link does not work. They LYING to customers about the shipping times, and they are also completely unresponsive unless you write a public review.
Judging by the THOUSANDS of negative reviews this is the only way to get their attention. I want a refund for my product. It was not delivered, I had the right address, and I DO NOT CARE if it is in transit. I will not wait for it any longer, your company can deal with retrieving it.
