A Will is much the same, it simply means what you have goes to who you choose in the fastest and easiest way possible. Your Will sits at the HUB of your estate planning, estate planning involves key goals; 1) How we look after each other, including Insurance in trust, Powers of attorney etc. 2) How we look after our children and lineal descendants and protect their inheritance from falling into the hands of third parties in the form of Tax or Care Fees. What Family cover do we need in the event that a parent passes away before their time. 3) How we minimise any potential Inheritance Tax liability. These are long term strategies and the sooner we start to think of our plans the more peace of mind we have. It is estimated that in excess of £15bn a year passes to the treasury that wouldn't need to if we had taken some early decisions.

Paul was very punctual and very polite. He talked me through each step and gave advice where it was needed. This made the process very easy.
I got my draft will shortly after our conversation and word the next day that my will and POA were in progress.
Very efficient service, would highly reccomend.
