Ordered a dress 3.5 weeks ago, a Christmas theme dress and still don’t have it. They use DHL shipping not even FedEx. It will be going back and I’ll never order from them again. This was ordered in November. It’s 12/17.

I paid for express shipping which isn’t cheap when converted to AUD! Only to see the tracking number and type for standard shipping - this means my item will not arrive by the event date. Waste of over $130 AUD for a shirt.

UPDATE: After many back and forth emails, Kenny Flowers apologized and refunded my money. The worst customer service ever!! Do not buy from this company. They do not care about the customer or the crappy items that they sell. They only care about the money. Ordered a Kenny Flowers Hawaiian shirt for my husband who wore the shirt, I followed the washing instructions on the label and the shirt shrunk and he can no longer wear it. I contacted customer service who told us they will do nothing to replace, exchange or refund our purchase. How terrible they made us feel, so insignificant. Let The Buyer Beware!!! Shirts are also not true to size, run small.

I ordered a dress here once that I really liked. But last week I believe they faked an order from my account and randomly shipped me a pair of men’s swim trunks. I don’t believe I was hacked, as the order shipped to my address… then upon returning they pressure you to accept store credit or gift card for more value than a straight refund. I smell a scheme to hit Q2 earnings, it is sketchy, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Their return policy is terrible. They charge an $8 service fee to ship a dress that is over $150. Then they charge $8 to return. So if you don't like the item, you are charged $16 just to try it on. Their products are terrible and high priced. Dresses and bathing suit tops are all made the same way - with no darts for breasts so they crush your chest or slide off. They're made for pre-pubescent girls. I'm an average sized Medium size 8 135lb 34C woman and ordered accordingly. Their medium dress was huge in the waist and hips but there was no room in the chest so I couldn't even have it altered. I went to send it back and saw all the fees I would be charged, and they don't even promise to give your money back. Instead you get an email saying if you want to exchange for something else, they'll give you an extra credit. Okay so I figured I was safe with two sarongs and a bikini top in size Large. Nope. The cups mashed my chest and didn't even cover half my breasts. The long sarong has no ties and looks like a big square tablecloth. So I asked to send it back. Again with the offer for extra credit. When there is literally nothing that would possibly fit me and I am not a large woman! The products are SO overpriced and the products are terrible cut. I don't know who their designer is but they have NO experience designing for grown women. They don't make it easy to return a product. Their website sucks. I had to wait days to hear back from customer service because it was a weekend and their website was down. Everything I clicked on to return, took me nowhere. 404 page. They just SUCK. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
