I placed an order over two weeks ago (July 5th) and still haven’t heard anything back. On July 17th I emailed asking for an update, and as of today (July 22nd) I’ve still been completely ignored. No response, no shipping update.. nothing.
Looking through the reviews now, I see dozens of other customers with the exact same experience: orders not fulfilled, no communication, and no resolution. The only thing KenSmart seems to do is copy-paste generic “apology” replies clearly written by chatgbt, because they even forget to remove the quotation marks sometimes..
This is not how you run a business, and it’s really clear they have no intention of actually fixing these problems.
Do yourself a favor and do not buy from here. There are plenty of other stores that actually respect their customers.
Bought stuff from them a few times now, no issues. Wish they had more detailed pictures of ingredients but its a safe website that has reliably delivered everything.
