I bought a Kent hairbrush that I wasn’t happy with. I contacted Kent, they responded immediately.
End result, I returned the hairbrush - free post and they sent me a new, much better hairbrush, all within a week.

I would like to tell you that many years ago my mother in law bought me a pair of your excellent hair brushes. Now as I approach my 89th year they are quite worn but still serviceable. This does not matter as I have very little hair. I think that you can truthfully claim that your hair brushes last a lifetime.

I purchase two mens combs, but they are very small and not value for money.

I reached out to them for my order while Canada post was striking. Out of 4 different online stores I ordered from, Kent's customer service were by far the most responsive and quick to offer solutions, even though my order amount was the lowest out of the 4 stores. After the package was delivered, they followed up and made sure I got my items.

I'll be ordering from Kent again and again in the future, both because they make fantastic products and because of their customer service

I already owned multiple Kent hairbrushes for our whole family and so knew and loved this company but I had no idea they did toothbrushes/oral care until they were recommended by my dentist at Aurora Dental (Solihull). I then got the sonic starter kit as a gift and was so impressed. The brush is a beautiful colour and design but it's also insanely lightweight and the battery lasts for 45 days. I just took it on holiday and it was fab and so easy..didn't have to take the charger, adaptor plug and heavy brush I usually take.

The rest of the starter kit is great too e.g the interdental brushes are tapered which makes them so much easier to use than my usual brand. The mouthwash you dilute so again is great for travel/ space saving and more environmentally friendly. Etc etc

My husband wants one now too!! Highly recommend!

I have a pair of ivory and bristle hairbrushes (c1890s) that I inherited from my great uncle and they needed (understandably) to be fitted with new bristles after 125 odd years. It was pricey, but i was expecting it to be, but the job was beautifully done and I am delighted with the result. Leigh was a pleasure to deal with and I am in awe of the skill and craftsmanship of those who carried out the work. Many thanks, I shall pass them down to my grandson in due course and he will get many years of good service from them.

My recently purchased hairbrush was faulty. Kent Brushes immediately offered to replace it and provided refreshingly honest feedback. The replacement was sent immediately, together with a freepost option to return the faulty brush. The customer service was excellent - friendly, helpful and very responsive.

Lovely high quality products from this brand I have tried many and quick delivery too.

Purchased a bristle and nylon brush from Kent brushes.
… not quite what I wanted .so when asked for review told them .. not totally happy .
Almost immediately got a super friendly and polite reply from Kalie .. going the extra 100 miles to help and rectify the problem at kent brushes cost.
Can not help but TOTALLY recommend this company for superb customer service.

Have bought two different Kent brushes and very disappointed with quality of both. Loved the brushes but bristle pad came unstuck from handles with both types. One was exchanged and happened again. Will not be buying another.

I liked the denman brush before but this gives you a much better straighten for a longer beard and tash!

Outstanding customer service. Most pleasant and responsive.

Ordered a hairbrush on the 1st of December to be sent to Denmark, expecting it to be delivered within 14 days. They just sent me an email, saying it will take 25-35 business days, due to COVID-19. I don’t really think that sounds plausible, as I have ordered and received other packages from the UK this December (arrived within 1 week). Because of Brexit, I might have to pay additional taxes now.

As always, top service and quality brushes, second to none - thanks Kent!

Very happy with the purchases we've made from Kent brushes so far. Supporting UK manufacturing is very important to us, we feel we are buying quality that will last longer, and it hasn't travelled thousands of miles to get here.

I have been a fan of this company and bought quite a few brushes and combs from them. Until recently. I bought a brush because from the description it seemed the right one. There is nothing in the photo to show the size.the measurements of an item,so I trusted the description. It was not what I needed so I emailed them asking to exchange it. No reply. Phoned, explained the problem and was promised help. Nothing happened. I remember this company used to be helpful and knowledgeable.Not any more.
