The experience was smooth from start to finish. From the initial enquiry, to the review of goods and chattels to be moved, to the interaction with the office and the upfront quote to the the day of removal when Moses and Phillip turned up on time with a smile, the communication was great with them and they worked quickly and efficiently taking care to protect my goods. A very professional service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Everything taken care of
Was originally going to manage my interstate move independently but decided to get a quote with Kent to compare. Their estimator came to my home and did a walk around, took about an hour and received quote immediately. The cost was cheaper than I expected and they also had special boxes for tv’s and artwork, plus made up special box for large antique mirror.
The Removalists were efficient and professional at pickup and delivery. The whole process was easy and stress free. It was always easy to contact their office and speak to someone if I had a query. Highly recommend Kent for interstate moves.

Kent did a fantastic job of moving our…
Kent did a fantastic job of moving our King size bed from Victoria to remote sa. They informed us every step of the way. The administration staff were outstanding, prompt and very helpful creating solutions to any barriers along the way.
The delivery staff were polite, pleasant and professional, they unpacked the bed, took away the packaging and even assembled the bed for us.
When you can get outstanding service like this, why would you use any other removalist. Thank you Kent.

The men were untrained.
The men were untrained.
Only had one trolley and no other equipment to help with the heavy items eg washing machine.
It took them 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom unit.
We were asked to review them when paid- this is a practice you should stop. It means you get an unrealistic measurement of the experience because people don’t want to be rude.
The young man whose name we didn’t get, did the majority of the work. Fabio didn’t raise a sweat.
