Guys knocked over a massive move in very good time. Nothing damaged and crew acted professionally.

Good bunch of guys on the removal day. A few extra bits were included on the day and it was no problem.
They were quick in getting it all packed and helped with a few of the loose items that I ran out of time getting into boxes

Staff were very helpful. Did the job with no fuss, made the experience easy and stress free.

Both June 15 and 16 actual moves went very well. June 15 could have been more contact with delayed arrival time.
June 16 we had some slight damage with wall when a screw was pulled out of plaster (instead of being unscrewed). Leo was very apologetic.

We had a wonderful experience using Kent! I was contacted immediately after asking for a quote. Communication was amazing! We are informed every step of the way. I had David come out to my house the following day for a thorough and reasonable quote.

The team that came to load all of our furniture (DJ, Dale and Carina), were friendly, careful and efficient. I was amazed at how quickly and expertly they packed all of our furniture.

Similarly, when our furniture was delivered, the team (Xavier and Anaru) again worked so quickly and carefully.

Every aspect of our move was taken care of with such expertise and friendliness I would 100% use Kent again and recommend them to anyone moving, particularly interstate!

We moved from Gold Coast to Melbourne recently, we placed our trust in Kent, they put our 33 cartons in storage for a month while we got sorted in MEL.

The big day arrived as we waited for them to deliver our 33 cartons to our new address in Malvern, however we became distressed when the delivery was 2 cartons light, lost, gone, the ambivalence of the delivery men, the 'lack of care and follow up' from the office personal was alarming, and sad.

The two missing cartons contain much of our most valued and sentimental possessions, one, very valuable contents, the other the only physical reminders of a much loved family member.

Please be warned, accidents happen, problems happen, it's how you deal with them counts, and KENT, to date, in the wash up are ambivalent and offhanded, no way to run a business and earn respect......sadly.

I was incredibly impressed with the care taken with my belongings. The guys were kind, courteous and very patient. They were also very conscious of where they parked and overall safety.
I would definitely recommend Kent Removals and if I ever need their services again they will be my first port of call.

Collection and delivery went without a problem. The workmen were very careful with our belongings.

They were very nice guys, even though they were packing they still talking to you and they were very polite and friendly.

Damaged alot of good quaility and brand new items ...way they stack on the truck not reading fragile labelling .. upgraded the price from the first quote while was already in storage ,did not delivered on the day as promise ...then i had to chase them up ,reported them to ACC this happened while we were vunerable as my husband tranfers to Sydney cancer unit from Adelaide ,pressure stress ,then run around sleep on air bed ,which offer $200 to buy mattress .. lack of communication overcharged by 4grand.

Kent... wow. I am a senior lady on my own who moved back to Australia from the UK amid traumatic circumstances in my life. The team at Kent were so supportive. Although my move was to Perth, I received support even from Melbourne head office operations, who, knowing I was having difficulty finding a home to put my things in, discussed my situation and helped me out by delaying my delivery and offering me a couple of weeks' free storage for my exceptional circumstances. This helped me out no end. On the day, unpackers Diego and Julio were very pleasant and gosh, did they work quickly to get the job done. Special thanks to Ron Paratene in Melbourne for providing compassion and the human touch when it counted most. I will definitely use Kent for my next move. Thank you, guys.
