When I contacted Kenwood Travel initially and gave them details about the holiday I was looking for they found the perfect holiday at a good price.
The booking process was very professional and when I wanted to alter the booking months later, it was sorted very quickly without any fuss.
I have used Kenwood a few times, always with great success and wouldn't hesitate to use them and recommend them to others.

Aaron was extremely helpful and made the booking process simple.

Be careful when booking with Kenwood Travel. Based on my experience, I don’t believe customer care is a priority once they have your money. The aftercare has been extremely disappointing.

When we needed to move our holiday due to exceptional circumstances, we repeatedly contacted Kenwood to ask whether our booking could be amended. We were told on numerous occasions that it was not possible because we were too close to departure, leaving us with the impression that our only option was to cancel and lose around £6,000.

Out of desperation, I contacted Atlantis directly myself. They were incredibly helpful and advised that they were happy to move our hotel booking to a later date. Once I fed this back to Kenwood, the booking was successfully amended.

I can’t understand why this option wasn’t explored by Kenwood in the first place. Had I not contacted the hotel myself, we would have lost the cost of our holiday based on the advice we had been given.

Since then, I’ve also received conflicting information regarding the cancellation terms for the amended booking. One member of staff advised that all monies paid were non-refundable because the booking had been amended. Another later explained that only the flights were non-refundable, while the hotel was subject to different cancellation terms. This inconsistency has left me with very little confidence in the advice.

Based on my experience, I won’t be using Kenwood Travel again!

We found our experience with booking a holiday very easy and straightforward. They were very efficient and extremely helpful, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, in fact we've passed their details on to a friend who will also be booking with them.

The agent was super helpful and managed all our requests. We have a great package- we just need to see how the experience actually works now.

I made a booking with Kenwood travel for the 2 nd time in a month for a break at an all inclusive in Jamaica.
The booking process could not have been smoother, my consultant was called Carole, a highly experienced and professional travel consultant, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and completed the the booking seamlessly. I cannot recommend Kenwood travel highly enough!

Just say a huge thank you to Zak for booking the hotel for Mauritius (Paradise Cove Boutique). My daughter and I would rate this hotel 10/10 absolutely amazing, the food, staff, rooms, and the wash rooms are so good that we couldn’t see any moulding in the shower or the toilet.Kenwood travel offered us the best price and the best hotel, so once again thank you Zak. 10/10 for Kenwood travel.
