NOT as advertised. The pictures on their site are nothing like what you get. The colors are wrong, the hair is the worst quality synthetic, shiny and fake looking. It's also completely uneven and unwearable.

The only positive is that they said they would refund it at 50%. I've yet to see the refund, so who knows if it's actually going to happen.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I recieved my order 5 weeks after ordering and when I did they wasn't the wigs I ordered. Totally different style colour .they was very cheap looking like dolls hair.
After several emails they've agreed to give me 50% of my money back.
Do not use this company. Lesson learnt

Do not waste your money! They said they delivered the wigs when in reality, it was just dumped in the foyer of my building after paying an extra $12.99 for secure delivery. I have sent numerous emails back and forth thank goodness i paid on Amex. I have filed a case with them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!

Absolute rip-off, they show you models with their own hair to sell their wigs.
When my two wigs arrived, well what a joke, looked nothing like the pictures, style & colour. They were dreadful, I complained, told me to return them, I would have to pay the shipping & return fees. After a long battle by email, I got a 60% refund & didn't have to return items. It was the best I could get, honestly still not happy, I wouldn't dare be seen wearing the wigs, so still out of pocket. I even told them I'm a cancer patient & couldn't afford to loose money. It's all AI so you never get to speak to anyone. Please do not buy from Kenzea.

It is obviously a scam. Who sells 100% human hair with invisible laces for only €37. Those wigs advertised at least cost 500-1000€. When it’s too good to be true, then it definitely is.

Would not wear this to a costume party. It is plastic and not at all worth money. Not anything like the picture

I don't know if I received the wrong wig or if this is it. It is of very poor quality and looks very cheap. The wig doesn't look like the picture at all. That's wasted money. Not recommended at all. Will try to get my money back. Am really very disappointed. If I could I would give no stars

Ordered some wigs. I am appalled by their services. They refuse to take any responsibility, I never got my order and would have been happy with a replacement but they did not answer me when I reached out to them to explain my parcel is not delivered. They refused to acknowledge my emails for a week was only until I gave them a bad review on one of the pages and reached out to me. They will still refuse any responsibility. They keep telling me to check with my friends and family and neighbours even though the delivery company has confirmed it was delivered to the wrong building and sent me a GPS location and a delivery photo and they still saying I have to contact the post office which has nothing to do with the delivery company evri.com. I have told him that I’ve reached out to the delivery company and they stated I need to tell the company I bought the items from to open an investigation and a claim and that I can no longer legally do anything else. The company still refuses to accept this in any way or take responsibility and keep on telling me what to do, which is the same thing and it just seems they’re too lazy can’t be bothered to deal with them selves but can’t wait to take your money. Because of this it put me off for a replacement and instead I have asked for a refund which eventually they agreed to then denied it then said a “partial” refund to denied again. I have had enough and I want to warn other people of this company. - UPDATE !!! I had paid through PayPal, and eventually got the right email from the delivery company stating they had lost the parcel and had the parcel number, date, name etc for me to give to PayPal as proof of non delivery, I opened a case of dispute with PayPal who then went in my favour and forced the company to refund me. Shame the company could not listen to me and tried to get away with stealing from me. I think this is a fraudulent company and I advise everyone to avoid it like the plague !!!
