Didn't pay my expenses

I attended court as a witness and Keoghs had agreed to pay my expenses. They didn't reply to a single email I sent or telephone me after I had appeared. I am now having to make a claim through the small claims court to recover my out of pocket expenses. Absolutely shocking. DO NOT AGREE TO APPEAR AS A WITNESS FOR THIS SOLICITORS UNLESS THEY PAY YPU UP FRONT. Michael Walsh just ignores my correspondence.

Shocking Experience

Poor service, incompetent conveyencers and have completely messed up my stair-casing, which I have only uncovered 3 years down the line when coming to sell my property. Firstly the land registry application was incorrect and cancelled multiple times, when this was rectified they failed to inform HMRC on time so I am receiving Stamp Duty payment requests despite paying this originally in 2019. They informed me that I had bought the freehold - Which it transpires I haven't and therefore failed to inform the Superior Landlord of my purchase which will result in me having to pay backdated ground rent.(These among multiple other glaringly obvious omissions). There attitude is disgusting and has caused unbelievable stress to myself and my fiancé. There no urgency to rectify - they love to pass the book and hate answering the phone. My sale has now been delayed and there is a chance we could lose our buyers and our future property, despite dealing with them for over 5 months. It would take too long to go into all the details but avoid at all costs, they should not take on work that they do not have the capability to fulfill. Would not wish this level of service on my worst enemy.
