I had made a silly error when I ordered my lead. The email I sent to the company explaining what I had done was responded to almost immediately and the person I phoned to confirm that everything was in order was so polite and helpful.
The lead arrived in a very timely fashion.

Wrong item sent - no response to request for return
I ordered a cable specifically for an asus transformer tablet. The cable that arrived was just a micro usb which does not fit the product as described. There were no return details or invoice in the package when it arrived so I emailed the address provided through PayPal. I recieved no response and have been left out of pocket

The product I wanted for a great price!!
I bought the cable I needed for my external hard drive at a best buy but was shocked at the price. Went home, found same one on this site. Happy to see it was within Canada so shipping costs weren't too much. Returned original cable to other store. Their cable was half the price of best buy!
