Shipment was swift. Overall good quality however you should mention more details & pictures of your products. Like I purchased 2 bags of rice which said 'long grain' and I thought it would be raw basmati rice. But it turned to be red rice. will prefer you to detail your products for future buy.

Unfortunately the images we use is the product images which the company gives/ it will be the product package image we are taking. We are mentioning the names of product for which our customer understands as well as we had given the description of the product. As in your case the Rice you had purchased was written as Matta Rice which means red rice. There are 2 types of matta rice which is long grain and short grain. Unfortunately you misunderstood it.
We had also mentioned in the name of the product as matta Rice and given description as red rice/ brown rice.

A Place to Shop for food Items from Kerela
Has a wide variety of foods from Kerela. Items ordered did not arrive the next day as claimed but arrived in good condition, neatly packed the following day (2 days after placing the order). Happy with the purchases and would recommend.

We usually process orders placed before 2 pm on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched only the next working day. So if an order is placed after 2 pm on Thursday it will be dispatched on Friday for next working day delivery which will be usually Monday. In some areas, our delivery partners will also deliver on Saturdays, but not always.
