No response to an issue at all!

My order was doubled and another product I didn't want was ordered because their online ordering is very confusing. I have reached out to them twice and have not received a response. And all I want was the original order I placed to continue to be honored but the other 2 charges cancelled. But the fact that no one has reached out at all doesn't give me hope for this product

Delivery and medication have been great, no issues there. Only reason for 4 stars is the email volume is a lot, feels like I get a promo message every other day. Would be nice to have an option to turn those off without missing the important updates.

They have a poor communication problem

They have a poor communication problem. I have tried to cancel my order and have never seen they have accepted it. I can't use their product due to heart issues and I did not know that ahead of time until I read the label when I received the product.

Hair is tangled and dry after use

The shampoo and conditioner are very drying. I brush my hair thoroughly so as no tangles. I have thinner hair. When I finish with the shower my hair is dry feeling and tangled. I have to use a separate leave in conditioner and argen oil. Even then my hair rips out from the tangled. I use lots of the conditioner hoping it makes a difference. It does not. Seems counter productive if you are losing more hair after you use the product

I was asked to call customer service to clarify something about my order and what I got was my order canceled versus getting the problem answered. I was not satisfied.

After waiting for my product it showed…

After waiting for my product it showed it had been shipped. But after tracking it it showed it was at the delivery center and had not moved as of January 24th. I called several times and the company chose to resend it. I am now waiting for it.
I love the product and will keep using it. Thank you for your support.

I ordered this product and waited and…

I ordered this product and waited and waited for it to be delivered. I finally tracked the order and it said it was delivered then returned to sender saying it was undeliverable. Which is ridiculous because I've NEVER had a problem with deliveries coming to my house. And they never even notified me of this. They were going to keep the product and my money! Horrible business! I have just requested a full refund. Let's see if they give it to me. Updates to follow.

The returned package was received and scanned back into our warehouse on 2/9/2026, and your refund has been processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days to reflect.
