game changer for not being able to walk

The wheelchair has been a great help for my wife... she was loosing the ability to walk, and was getting quite upset at not being able to do the things that she enjoyed doing... the chair allows her to move about the house and yard on her own, and once there do the things that she enjoys doing, and then move on to the next task or return to the house and relax; only snag is the controller.... it will continue to drive the chair in the last direction the joy was pushed in after the joy stick has returned to the neutral position. I believe that will be corrected soon.Dan Warthen.

Terrible Terrible customer service!

Terrible Terrible customer service!! I received my portable electric wheelchair. No manual included. Had it charging for hours. Green light on charger but wheelchair will not turn on. Pics showed a wheelchair with a single foot plate. The one that showed up here has individual foot rests. It's much heavier than the advertising said.
Going to have to call my bank about getting a refund.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. I've called several times and voice mail is full. Sent numerous texts and emails and no response!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
It's amazing how you only responded to my public review but not to the numerous phone calls, texts and emails that I left my order number on.

Delivery was missed and customer support is SILENT

I ordered a chair by paying the extra for the two days delivery option .
The order was CREATED two days after my purchase and the chair delivery was delayed. I was not home for 2 weeks and the package was returned to the point of origin, but no trace of refund yet. Order number is KD7660, if anybody endowed of good will wants to redeem themselves.

Please refund my money as I have found another solution and already have a chair.

After writing this review, my refund was processed. Many thanks.

I originally ordered the 988 series…

I originally ordered the 988 series office chair, the 988 chair was uncomfortable for me and I wanted to return it. Returning the chair However did not work out. I was presently surprised and grateful for what happened next. Kerdom sent me for free, the 977 chair and told me to keep the 988 series chair. I donated the 988 office chair to my local church. The customer service at Kerdom is truly top notch.

i ordered a light weight wheelchair…

i ordered a light weight wheelchair from Kerdom 3 weeks ago. after repeated calls, emails and tex messages inquiring about delivery, i have not received a single answer to my messages. many others have said the same thing. i guess i should have checked the reviews before spending my money with Kerdom, an obvious fraud.

Don't Buy here

Don't Buy here.
They will say the ordered Item is not availabe. And try to push you over the exepted return Date.
And they try to send the money back via a platform that'll check your Credit Card Infos.
Give me my money back SCAMMER !!!

Update: yes its exepted from you via Mail 4 days ago. But nothing on my Account. So 2-3 days ?
The review will stay until I got my money !!!

As the previous reviewers had said, there’s a problem ordering from Europe and the customer service team is far from being even “ok” as I got non reply’s from them so far. I ordered 7 days ago. After two emails (to whom I got no replay) I suddenly got an email informing that the item is out of stock and had an option to select different one. I proposed a way to sort it all out but so far still no replay back. Would strongly advise against ordering from them :)

The reason I should check TrustPilot…

The reason I should check TrustPilot first. Same as everyone else who ordered from the German branch. No chair 8 working days later. No response to now 2 emails with urgent requests for updates. No movement on the delivery tracker. I wouldn’t mind if I just knew when / if it was going to be delivered. Will go through the PayPal complaint and refund for fraud notice if no movement or communication by end of week.

Ordered the chair in tuesday (…

Ordered the chair in tuesday ( 10/09/2024 ) and still as today the package is in Germany in the EXPORT PARCEL,if you guys cant assure the 2-4 days send just remove it from your website,6 days after i purchase the chair it didnt even move from there guess i will just do like the rest and wait 2-3 more days and open a dispute with paypal if things dont change

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 3 DAY DELIVERY? Yeah RIGHT

Update 9/26/2024: one day after writing this review, the tracking info all of a sudden updated and the chair arrived 2 days later (15 days from purchase). The only “customer service” communication was the reply to this review below offering to pay for my 3.18$ international fee, lol. Put together chair and it’s so, so. It’s built ok but made for a person with short legs and not very comfortable. I absolutely despite the material the cushions and armrests have on them. It irritates my skin. 4 out of 10 on the chair itself.

Purchased (and was charged for) a drafting chair via PayPal on Thursday 9/5/2024 for delivery in US. Site says "3 Day Fast Delivery" included. The next day I was charged a $3.18 "international fee" from my bank on the purchase - there was absolutely NO mention of this charge at time of purchase, and to be honest, had I known this was coming from overseas, I might not have made the purchase. Anyway, I paid no mind to it, as it was a minimal charge, ESPECIALLY if the chair arrived in the 3 days as advertised. It is now Wednesday, 9/11/2024 (5 business days post purchase) and I have received NO MENTION that the item was even shipped, let alone any tracking information. I've sent three messages to their support email with ZERO RESPONSE. If the chair does not arrive by Friday, which will be one full week, I will be creating a DISPUTE with PayPal, and they will refund my original purchase price. Unfortunately, I do not believe my bank will refund the "international fee" that was charged, so I had to PAY FOR THIS HASSLE. Totally unacceptable mis-advertising by promising 3 day delivery and not identifying the item as being out of the US.

Bad Customer Service

I been trying to reach the Company thru different communication (email, call, text) various time to request a return. I received the chair as a gift from my parents and the chair wasn’t a fit for me it was small for my height. Based on the return policy I have 30 days, but at this stage I still haven’t received a response to my request after several attempts. I can’t return until I receive the return label. Honestly it has been a hassle the return process. I even indicated that I would return it, but would like a credit to buy one that meets my need. Can someone at Kerdom can help me? I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service.

Terrible Customer Service and Incomplete Order

Bought a chair from KERDOM on 11/07/24and added the option of Shock Absorbing Casters for Wooden Floors at an additional £20. We received the chair in 7 days (18/07/24) which I thought was acceptable. However, the Casters were not included with the delivery. I contacted Kerdom's Customer Services the same day by email to raise the issue and received a reply 2 days later (20/07/24) saying that the wheels would be delivered separately and were expected that week.
Six days later (26/07/24), I still had not received the wheels so I contacted Customer Services again but this time I received no response from KERDOM. I emailed again on 02/08/24 hoping to get a response but I have not had any reply from Kerdom with regard to my issue at all.
Based upon my experience with the bad customer service and the inaccurate order received, I can not recommend Kerdom. This is a pity, as the chair itself is very nice quality. This is the only reason my review gets 2 stars instead of one star.

Incredible Experience

I bought a chair for my office and I didn't like it because my height is not adequate for this chair. They sent me another one for free, first time something like this has happened to me. Very good service, try not to abuse

Great ergonomic chair

I bought an ergonomic chair and it's really great. Quite confortable, healthy for the lumbars and material allow to use even at worse of summer. Good price, great customer service. Arrived in only three days. Fully recomended.

Great office chair

I Love Love the chair I bought. Great price, took max 10mins to put together and it's so comfy.
The arm rests that flip up is the best feature tho! So much easier to push the chair in nice and tight.
