Hannah received my photo and matched the stone for me. Quick and helpful. I have always found Kernowcraft the place to go to for stones and equipment. The prices are reasonable and if it’s special request they go out of their way to sort out the problem.

I used Kernowcraft for the first time ...the reason being, my usual supplier has discontinued SILKON Beading Thread. I searched for an alternative supplier and found Kernowcraft their range is excellent and I will be using them again

Whilst I don't purchase a lot, my experience with Kernocraft is always easy. I like that you can make special requests ie. match stones for earrings.
They are very helpful on the phone and delivery is quick.
I also like their on-line tutorials, very helpful to a novice jewellery maker.
Their website is great and ordering could not be simpler.

Kernowcraft is one supplier that I use regularly, and I've never had a single problem with an order since I took up jewellery and pewter/ plate work as hobbies some years ago. All the things I've ordered have been of good quality and the descriptions on the web-site are fair and accurate. I also use the projects/ kits and creative ideas from the web site, for example using metal clay for the first time recently. I also like the idea of using a small business (hope I've not insulted you) with a personality in a part of the county that i have an affinity with.

Very good range of items available. Bought quite a few items for beading, in the sale, which were good value. Easy, clear ordering and payment system, items arrived well packed and in a quick time. Items were as pictured. Would use again.
