Great service. Managed to get a short notice appointment after being driven crazy for 5 days with a totally blocked ear. I had a very awkward self induced blockage. At zero notice Sarah put herself out to help me between other clients. Her kindness and willingness to help were second to none and i was beyond grateful as hearing out of one ear only is enough to drive anyone mad! I have surfed & coached in the cold Atlantic ocean for over 30 years, picking up many ear infections. Often the prescribed ear drops cannot access the infection due to surfers ear (bone growth). With just two visits to Kernow Earcare Sarah carefully removed built up wax debris & skin to not only access the drops but to fully restore my hearing. Whilst there I had impressions made to order a pair of Pro Aquas to help prevent future problems. Highly recommend.
