I have order some essential hoodie for my self the FW24 version and the driver just left it outside and I tried to contact Kershkicks multiple times through email and they haven’t responded to me at all if they are going to reply to this here is my order number 82425
My name is Kingsb bang and I ordered this on 30-31st of December and it hasn’t been sorted.

I ordered a supreme jumper and pay for it 250 £ when I receive the order the package was open and the jumper was just in folie bag. Very poor packaging and not responding from customer service.

Purchased a pair of yeezy boost trainers for my daughter in October as a christmas gift. Christmas day and the shoes were too small. Email sent to returns at Kerschkicks and had a reply promptly. Was advised to return trainers to Glasgow store. Very friendly staff. Brought out different sizes and had a very happy daughter with shoes that fit. No hassles, no problems, just great customer service and friendly helpful staff. Have purchased several times before from Kerschkicks and never had an issue. Would recommend if you are looking for hassle free shopping with great customer service included

Great products, authentic and fast delivery at decent prices

I placed an order for 2 hoodies and 2 T-shirts on 28th November and still haven’t received any updates yet, my email has been ignored.

Ordered a zipper and came within 2 days and great quality

I ordered an essentials hoodie as a gift for someone on the 27th of November, and after checking emails and shop everyday the status of the order remained as confirmed without any updates. I emailed them twice and wrote a query through their website. Although the shipping method I chose was 3-5 days delivery, it is now 3rd of December and I still have not reply to any of my queries and emails, and the status remains as confirmed. I tried looking for a phone number, but there is nothing, so this is my last resort. Don’t know why some orders are processed smoothly and customer service replies, and for some orders absolute 0.
