gratis cadeautje ?? die heb ik zelf betaald met zo'n bedrag.

gratis cadeautje. bij bestelling gehad een van de plastic lamp zit een gat in jammer beetje teleur gesteld ook van het cadeautje en ook nog zonder batterijtjes er bij. [ Ik weet dat je het er maar bij krijg ? maar toch.] [[ BIJ EEN BESTELLING VAN 750 EURO.
KRIJG JE ALS ANTWOORD,Wat vervelend dat het cadeautje niet helemaal in orde is. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.

Helaas kunnen we op de gratis cadeautjes geen garantie geven om deze te vervangen indien deze met een defect worden geleverd. Uiteraard vinden wij het ook vervelend dat deze op deze manier bij je aankomt, echter om de bedrijfsvoering gezond te houden kunnen we geen garantie bieden op dergelijke producten die we gratis als cadeau meesturen.

Veel plezier met de verlichting verder en een fijn weekend verder,

Perfekte service en garantie

Had 2 jaar geleden hier een snoertje clusterverlichting voor de kerst gekocht. Helaas ging dit kapot.
Men geeft 2 jaar garantie op alle verlichting, dus maar een e-mail geschreven en de dag erna reeds een antwoord.

2 dagen later werd een pakketje met een nieuw snoer clusterverlichting afgeleverd.

Dát is dus service, snel en goed.
