I ordered shampoo
I ordered shampoo. The GLS delivery driver put the package in the wrong mailbox at the building's parcel machine. GLS said, contact Keshop. Keshop said contact GLS. Both didn´t offer a solution.

No response after message, no order
I sent a message to see if they would respond to my question before I would order, as I couldn't find a review on Trustpilot yet. They never responded. I ordered my Loreal products with lookfantastic.com
It was better priced and delivery was quick.
Therefore, I wouldn't order through the website of keshop.com or ketienda.es
