I had high hopes for this, but when I unboxed it, the device would not even turn on. I asked for a refund and Keskine requested a video to show what the problem was. I sent the video a week ago and have still had no reply. Is this going to drag on forever or will this company, which so proudly displays it's money back guarantee, do the right thing? If not, I have a good mind to write to Sally Hamilton at Sally Sorts It, to report this company as scammers!
UPDATE: I added another star. After purchasing this item at the beginning of September, within 10 minutes I wished to reurn it, as it didn't turn on. Now near the end of November, after a huge papertrail of emails, I have finally been refunded in full.

So far the results are impressive as it’s only been 2 weeks. Looking forward for the final results. So far so good

Great customer service and impressive results with the led face mask.

I’ve been using it regularly for two months and the difference is huge. The hair is much finer and in some areas almost gone. I would recommend it if you’re tired of shaving all the time.

My experience with keskine has been good so far. I am on my 2nd month of using the IPL device and I have no hair growing out. I was using other brands and I would not recommend any other brands other than Keskine. Impressive results.

I have been using the Keskine IPL device for around three months now and at first I honestly didn’t think it would work. I had already been to clinics in the past and wasted stupid amounts of money on treatments that barely made a difference, so I was really unsure if this would be any better.

After sticking with it I can say the results are impressive. My hair growth has reduced significantly and my chest hair is no longer visible. Even my armpits, which were always difficult to treat, are now smooth with very little regrowth.

I am genuinely impressed with Keskine and would recommend it to anyone who has been disappointed with professional treatments like I was.

Customer service was excellent, I had a question about the modes and they responded within just 2 hours. The device itself is really easy to use, completely painless, and I’ve already started to notice a difference in my hair growth😊

Keskine’s packaging and device are both top quality and feel really well made. I love that it has five different body modes, which makes it super versatile. So far, I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and ease of use.

After buying this and reading the reviews I decided not to even open the box and send it back. I tried to contact the company via email to request a return .
Unfortunately they ignored all my requests.
I then opened a PayPal dispute ( I pay for everything with pay pal for this exact reason ).
PayPal then raised a case and I have just got my money back but also this machine still.
Very poor customer service .

This purchase has been the perfect solution for my body hair removal. I have been using it consistently for two months and am now approaching the third and final month of treatment. I am delighted to say that there is no visible hair regrowth. Excellent results and a truly five-star company.

Its been just over a month using this device from keskine and I can really see a huge difference in my hair growth. It is growing less and fewer. Worth the price and will continue to use.
