Ordered 2 x pr water shoes (1 x men’s and 1 x women’s) both sizes wrong and nothing like what was on the website.
No response to emails to help email.
Stay away from this company - absolute rip off.

Buyer beware of this company scamming!
I would give them a -1 if I was able. They sent my husband two pair of water shoes that were totally different than pictured on his order. I’ve been battling a return for over a week only receiving an auto generated response offering a 50% refund if he would keep the shoes.
#1 the shoes are not the shoes he ordered.
#2. They don’t fit
Tell me why we would agree to loose $50.00 for two pair of the wrong shoes and they don’t fit?
I offered to pay for the return shipping with still no information on where to send the return to. I also investigated the return label address and it’s just a storage unit!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of shoes from their FB site and received some cheap water shoes in a small size that bore no resemblance to what was ordered. Have sent 6 mails requesting a refund but had no reply to any of them. This site is a SCAM and I warn you to not order from them.

This is a scam order the shoes with postage £45.00. They answered my email sent me some cheap plastic shoes, wrong size ordered and 8 got a 6. No reruns instruction or address. Keep emailing them they do not reply

Kestrel & Co is nothing but a SCAM company, placed an order and items weren't as they appeared on website. they say respond to this website for concerns/refunds. help.kestrelandco*gm*** is the website. no one has answered 4 attempts made

AVOID.
Ordered water shoes size UK8 but got sent EU36 not only too small but not the right type or colour.
Tried several times to contact them but no reply.
Definitely a scam site.

Ordered a pair of 12.5 water shoes; they charged me and sent me 2 pairs of 12s. They don't fit!
Tried contacting them for a return, and No Luck or response!

scam. sent me shoes i didnt want and i want full refund as they promise on there site . i have not heard back after 5 requests . im going to try to see if my CC can help

SCAM ALERT - I ordered a pair of trainers designed to wear in water. What arrived looked nothing like the TikTok advert and they were the wrong size. I emailed for support but never got a reply. I got my money back after contacting my credit card company.

It advertised amazing shoes, with supposedly 8000+ reviews but we received cheap nonsens from China that was the wrong size and looks nothing like the items we ordered.

They only have a gmail account ( which should have been a red flag for me) and when I wrote to ask for the 30day refund they advertised, they did not respond.
