Same experience as Julia. Ordered products thinking bogof, but charged £119.50. Tried to cancel and was offered a discount. Tried the product for 2 weeks and no results whatsoever. Was told should try for a month (website says results within 7 days) but if you do, you can't return as guarantee policy becomes defunct. Finally got a confirmation for a partial refund, still not received from March. Have raised a dispute with credit card company.

Don't trust this company, if it actually is one, supposedly trading from Ruislip? After seeing/ reading article on the website ( stating they had appeared on Dragons Den) with these products, before I knew it a payment had been taken from my account, my bank actually rang me within minutes, saying can't trace company and it sounds fraudulent . Returned unused/unopened goods 2nd March, they kept saying still not received at the depot ( must be extremely large depot) finally after sending numerous emails, they informed on 21st April they'd received it and would process my refund. Now after 240 + emails very very few response, only randomly receive automated reply all hours of the day/ night, days later from a completely different named company, Bio- Trim labs. The spelling in the few replies leaves a lot to be desired, leaving me more suspicious this is not a legitimate company. Latest excuse they're checking with billing dept, that's not correct either, it should be finance dept. All in it together. Fraudulent!! Reported them to Trading Standards in Hillingdon Uxbridge, who incidently have also had many complaints, they too are checking this postal address in Ruislip.
