Customer Unfriendly
Before you buy anything from a new website, its always worth checking reviews, not only to see what can go wrong, but how the seller will respond if things do go wrong, or to negative criticism. Read some of the seller’s responses to criticism and decide for yourself if you want to support her or not.
The biggest issue here is the seller not accepting any responsibility at all. I have never brought any food with less than 7 days left before a Best Before date and not had a refund from all manner of online sellers. This at best would have had 4 days before a USE BY date, which means its even more important to finish them by then. I’m not sure how I could have known this, unless the seller told me (which they never did), but somehow it’s still my fault (my fault for shopping here).
Next issue is packaging. The cookies I received were not in any type of air-tight or shrink-wrapped packaging (therefore open to air and who knows what else) and placed in a box that loosely closes and has holes on the side where there are flaps for closing the box. This box was placed in a standard cardboard box with other packaged items I ordered from them. These cookies were supposed to be prepared by ‘professional chefs’ but they weren’t packaged in any professional way.
These cookies were sent in the post (expected to arrive 4 days later – although I missed the delivery and picked them up 3 days later from Royal Mail), so they were basically super soft when I got them (and there was only 1 day left before the Use By date).

I do apologise for not replying yet to the email that I have received from you one day go. The Lemon cookies that you bought are produced by Keto Chefs Co. that is an award winning, professional bakery and they are not bought from a supermarket and shipped to you. These products are hand-made and have a short term-life but if you are used to industrial products, you will never appreciate the value of a fresh, soft, lemon cookie that is produced with natural ingredients.
Now regarding the 1 day left before Use By date... you know well that Royal Mail tried to deliver the parcel last Thursday, but they couldn't reach you so you didn't bother arranging a redelivery on Friday, instead, you left your parcel at Royal Mail depot and collected in on Sunday evening at 3.59pm which is a week after I shipped your order. Why is this our fault? I don't understand.
So if you found time to leave us a 1* star review, at least be kind and write the story as it happened.
