Product is good but big disappointment…

Product is good but big disappointment in the customer service, I bought a 20 bars package and only got a 6 one, I sent an email to customer service and they said that they’ll send the right product but it’s been a week ago and I haven’t hear anything since, no package being send and no replying my emails anymore.
EDIT: after this they did replied my email and sent me the missing product some days later, so I am updating the review
