They Took My Money. FedEx Took the Package. Nobody Took Responsibility.

The worst internet buying experience I've ever had, bar none.

Paid $200 for a kettlebell. A month later, no kettlebell. Just stress.

Kettlebells USA handed my order to FedEx, who scanned it once and then lost it. I inquired with KBUSA one week after the FedEx acceptance scan, and was ignored.

I only got a response after threatening to dispute the charge. Even then, KBUSA waited 12 full days after my initial inquiry to open a claim with FedEx.

They refused to ship a replacement before FedEx declared the item lost. Then they canceled the order even though I didn't request it, and kept the $2 fee for shipping insurance.

Yes, I paid shipping insurance on a product I never received, on an order I didn't request be canceled.

After finally issuing a partial refund just outside the 30-day limit set by the FTC, they emailed me calling me a "PITA customer" and said "Please don’t order from us in the future as your business is no longer welcomed or wanted." Truly a class act.
