Walked in and greeted to familiar faces I see on instagram. I follow the kettle club on instagram and had to visit the shop (being that im from the states). Everyone was super relaxed and easy to talk to. Glad I stopped in, everyone was great and very happy with my purchase.

Acquired a Rolex 126622 Yachtmaster watch was in excellent condition and the staff very helpful especially Ollie who recommended me Wrist Guard London who subsequently treated my watch to make it scratch proof . Recommend this company .

I recently purchased for the first time with KC and dealt with Ollie throughout. From start to finish the service was spot on.

Communication was quick and helpful, and he was more than happy to send over additional videos and answer any questions I had, which made the whole process feel very transparent and reassuring.

When I came in to view the watch, everything was exactly as described. No pressure at all, just a genuinely relaxed and professional experience. Ollie also took the time to size the bracelet properly and made sure everything was perfect before I left.

Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Kettle Club again and will definitely be back in the future.

Great service from start to finish, found a watch on a different website, realised Kettle club had it too, contacted them, worked with me on the price, walked me through the whole process seamlessly. Contacted them Thursday morning, watch was on my wrist Friday afternoon
