Rude manner and lack of commitment
Two weeks ago on Saturday, I had an appointment at the Villa Arena branch to design a kitchen. We discussed our preferences, but the lady primarily focused on the cost of our kitchen design. In the midst of the discussion, she mentioned very rudely, "I don't want to be rude, but I have to spend a lot of my time on your quote, and you might not accept it because it's expensive."
I explained that we preferred this design, already had an offer, and there was no guarantee we would choose them even if the price was lower elsewhere. She reconsidered and continued the discussion about our design. Eventually, she assured us she would send the 3D design and the quote by the following Wednesday.
Ten days have passed since the promised day. Despite deciding not to purchase the kitchen from them, I waited patiently to ensure there were no issues. However, I have yet to receive anything from her. They simply wasted 2-3 hours of our weekend, time that could have been spent exploring other kitchen companies.

We vinden het vervelend om te horen dat je geen fijne ervaring hebt gehad met ons. Door een miscommunicatie hebben wij inderdaad geen offerte toegestuurd. We vinden het erg jammer dat we jullie niet op de juiste manier hebben kunnen helpen. We wensen jullie natuurlijk nog veel succes bij de aankoop van de nieuwe keuken.
