I just bought a kitchen from the shop in Duiven. Very friendly working people, good products and satisfied prices. Our seller, Frank, is the best in knowledge and kind. So far we are happy with it. Later when I have my kitchen I will write about the quality. But until now I respect a lot that he tried to deal with my needs and wishes and give me all the possibilities so I can have the kitchen of my dreams at a price that I can afford. And I also respect the nice way of speaking and the time he had to give to a customer like me. Thank you.

overall, very positive experience except that the waste management part needs to be dealt with by myself at the very end. Rest is good!

Good service and quality of materials. Very transparent and traceable timeline and progress. Phone calls should be more precise on what to contact. Preferably, use email or other means if the phoe calls did not work. It was not so nice to pick the calls many times and you hang up afterwards without telling. Installation was great but attention to small detail was required.

Alles was perfect. 100% aanrader.

Overall the experience with the Keuken Kampioen has been quite good from the beginning when the sales person sold us the kitchen, the agreements and the promise of always on time delivery, etc. Until a few days before the delivery of the kitchen. This is when they mentioned that our chosen Whirlpool dishwasher is not in stock and they could bring us an Atag. We did not agree with that asking for Bosch or another Whirlpool instead. On the phone, someone called us to explain that they will bring a more luxurious Whirlpool dishwasher on the day of the delivery. Only to see that, on the day of the delivery, the dishwasher was KitchenAid... noone had informed us. In between, we have been calling customer support for information regarding the dishwasher, and no clear response was given about this dishwasher, the new serial number and specs. And from there, other issues arised...

- Regarding the plot, we have had a chip from the composite next to our stove. The people installed it and now we are waiting for the production company to come and see what can be done. We have paid for a composite sheet and also expect the quality of this and that the quality before delivery is at least determined by the supplier. Quite disappointing.

- When the kitchen was installed, it turned out that the Bora cooktop extraction system was delivered incomplete (missing part filter). There is no filter and we are unable to use it for two weeks now. No response from KK when this would be resolved.

- When installing the kitchen, we have the following comments about the finishing and gluing of the two parts of the worktop. Some sections were not sealed before installation and the seam is now clearly visible through the brown line. No solution from KeukenKampioen.yet.

- Along with the installation of the plot, also the two parts of the backsplash guard are not mounted against the rear wall and a difference has arisen between the two splash guard parts. We would like to hear from you how this can be restored.

- Furthermore, in our opinion, the plinth under the kitchen is super badly finished and in our opinion there is more space between the plinth of the kitchen and the plinth of the floor, on both sides. I hope you can supply us with a new board and have it measured and installed to the correct size.

- As a matter of principle, we also want to mention that the installation was very rough with the kitchen and parts, adjusting it by kicking the kitchen cabinets.

After many attempts and calls to customer service to resolve the issues above, we receive the same answer ''that they would check with another department on the status of the matter'' and we never hear back from them. Last call we had after us calling and waiting on the line for hours, the lady on the other side was extremely rude and raising her voice which is not in favour of KK, unfortunately.

All in all, we have paid well for our kitchen, but the delivery and installation from the KeukenKampioen to the end, we have not received the quality that may be expected so far. It has been a very disappointing and energy consuming experience and the customer support is not what I would expect from such a company.
