Company did well, shipping on my expedited product was delayed; however, when I shared that experience with them, they refunded me the difference and they made it right. It was unfortunate that the product was late because I needed it sooner, but I did get my money back and I appreciated their immediate response to my request. I will buy from them again.

At work a 2X women's but it turned out to be small.... I contacted customer service to inquire about the exchange policy. They wound up giving me a free new jacket size of my choice which I went up to a 4X women's so that way I can at least have a little bit of room.. (rather it be a little too big than a too small) .. all I had to do was pay for shipping and they wound up letting me keep the size that I already had so thanks to them and they're amazing customer service my daughter now has a free sweat jacket and I will have a matching one soon... I definitely look forward to purchasing more gear from them....

I purchased a sauna vest size S/M and what I received I assume was a L/XL.
I assume this because there was no tags or labels on the vest, other than the 'K' on the outside of the vest.
I contacted "customer care" and spoke to John, told him my issue and said I think I was sent the wrong size. He stated there is supposed to be a size tag and asked I send pics of shirt and package(which I had NO problem doing and did) to verify I received the shirt and then he would initiate the return process and email me the return shipping address.
Waited a few more days and recieved an email with more requests to obtain an EXCHANGE for a faulty product.
I've dealt with scam companies online that just keep on and on with emails, hoping you'll just forget about it and its pathetic this is what our civilization has come to, just to make some money.
Therefore to the ones reading this review. Please don't waste your money with this company, there are several reputable sellers on Amazon, that are same listed price or cheaper for authentic merchandise.
If you do want to give away your hard earned money, theres plenty of people with signs on the street corner.

I had an issue with sleeves stitching coming un done. I reached out to Kewlioo about this issue.

Amazing company, great products that really works, looks amazing on your body especially when your working out. You will definitely sweat a lot which is the goal. They will work with you if you accidentally order the wrong size. I really love Kewlioo. I ordered items 4 times already and i will continue to order. Great customer service as well.
