Absolute five star service. Would recommend to anybody.

I had no hesitation in giving a 5 star review. Nick responded very quickly to my enquiry and attended to the lock on our back door promptly and efficiently. He arrived at the agreed time and was respectful of our property. I opted for the more expensive lock but Nick didn’t pressurise me to do so. He was upfront regarding his costs which were most reasonable. I will definitely call Nick again should I have the need to do so.

Nick arrived promptly, immediately worked out what the problem was. It was all sorted in under 5 minutes. I cannot thank Nick enough. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

NICK came out to us within five minutes. My dad had collapsed and he couldn’t do enough to help us. He was amazing. We are so grateful for NICK we don’t know what would’ve happened to Dad without his help.

Nick went beyond expectation. Punctual, reasonable and fitted a padlock on the back gate for extra security. First class service and a lovely guy!

Nick arrived bang on time and completed the requested repair swiftly. Additionally, he noted a separate issue with another lock and remedied the problem completely free of charge - super nice guy.

back door stopped locking and because it's a complex floodsafe door, there are lots of contact points and added difficulty. Nick had thankfully seen it all before and made sure that everything was fixed and working perfectly. Answered initial phone call promptly, i gave him a quick description of work to be carried out and he gave me a time at which he would arrive. Prompt arrival and work carried out in a cheerful manner. Very thorough and cleaned up after work was completed. Recommended

I heard about Nick through another person... What a great guy he is and lots of experience. I had given up having my upvc french doors sorted due to previous `so called` Locksmiths not doing a good job.
Nick was on time, very friendly and put me at ease. Not only did he repair my bathroom window, he also sorted my two french doors, front door and velux at a very reasonable price.
Nick will be the only Locksmith I will call if I have any other problems.

Called Nick out on a recent lock change job and he was extremely quick to attend and very reasonably priced.

We got in touch with Nick after our front door lock completely seized. He was with us in Formby in around 25 minutes and he replaced the lock with a new one. The charge was fair and reasonable and we found Nick to be very polite and courteous throughout the job. I would highly recommend Nick to anybody looking for a reliable, trustworthy locksmith.

We’ve called on Nick twice now, once for being locked out and the second to replace locks on our kitchen doors. Nick is a reliable, trustworthy and skilled locksmith and no job is too much bother. He is kind, approachable and a really nice guy who you feel comfortable with.
