The key is invalid
The key is invalid. These keys worked under Windows 10, but with Windows 11 they will no longer work. I spent hours on the phone trying to get this corrected with Microsoft and wound up having to purchase Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 from Amazon.com for $455.00. That sucks.

These guys are a scam operation
These guys are a scam operation. Do not engage! It is not permitted to resell old Microsoft keys as these scammers claim to be doing. A clue to the scam nature of these people is the super cheap prices they are offering. Anyone selling legitimate Microsoft Software will be charging roughly the same price as Microsoft charge, so it does not make sense to purchase form another retailer. All websites selling vastly discounted Windows and Office are either selling cracked software or volume licence copies that will activate initially, but will soon after self-deactivate because that software licence needs re-arming

I have reviewed 2 businesses which is not "many other businesses" as you claim and indeed, so what? How do past reviews about other businesses take anything away from my review of your shady business? It's your attempt to deflect from the fact that you are running a scam by ilegally selling used Microsoft product codes. You're also spamming people with your garbage product. You ask for "more specific details about your experience". What else is there to say? You're running a scam and I am calling you out. People can verify with Microsoft for themselves that what you're doing is deceptive and illegal. I'm here to balance out your fake reviews and warn people off dealing with you.
EDIT: 24/6/23 These guys have expanded their operation to sell other pirated software. They are trying to get my review removed. Also, go to their website and you will see these lazy scammers can't even provide a convincing fake address. They list it as:
"Office: 12 Fake Street,New York"
Can you be anymore fake? I'm sure they will edit this after seeing this review.
