what I love about Key Café is that when I call with any issues someone is always there to answer the phone and they always help.

Keycafe makes my life so much easier. No more waiting for late night checkins or no shows. I simply put the room keys in the Keycafe, inform the guests of their code (can also be automated and an email sent with a reference number through Keycafe's website or app) and the guests can pick up their keys and receipt without having to wait for a front desk person to assist them. I have had zero issues with guests picking up or dropping off keys using Keycafe - it's a breeze to use, always reliable, and saves me a lot of time.

The hardware is well designed and rugged. Software allows for numerous permutations. Knowledgeable and prompt support.

Overall great experience. There was an initial delay in delivery, but it worked out. KeyCafe is a solid key management solution that has many features and is reasonably priced. Support is readily available to assist in matters as well. Grat system, happy customer.

The SmartBox is a great product which is quick to set up and easy to use.

It's an useful and essential everyday tool, easy to use to drop or pick-up Keys either the app or the PC version in a few simple steps I can organize all my costumer Keys departure or arrival even without being there, costumer service assist you in every request in a very short time and at anytime very réactive team.

Great concept and works well. Timeframe for getting my smartbox was much longer than anticipated. Since I have had the unit, I have had issues with the key fob stickers not working. They are still working through this. Also, there was a glitch when an employee went to check out a key. Multiple doors opened for him. This should not happen when he is only selecting one key. Overall, I do know there are hiccups. This has been effective in employees not losing keys and being held accountable.

The box is great for security and keeping tabs on the comings and goings of my employees.

The software is simple but a little underdeveloped. They need to do more development along those lines.

Everything is great.
Only thing that can be improved is the situation when key is signed out but not picked up from the bin, the system thinks its out.
Can be a pain if there are multiple new users.
