We have been using Keycafe at our hotel to manage master keys, and the experience has been excellent. Since implementing Keycafe, keys are no longer easily lost, and access is much more secure and controlled.
The mobile app is very easy to use and provides quick, reliable access for our team. The system itself is very reliable and helps protect against key loss and misuse, which has significantly improved our overall key management process.
While the technology can sometimes seem a bit complex at first, the customer service team does an outstanding job guiding you through it and explaining everything in a clear and simple way. Their support makes the system easy to understand and use effectively.

We have been using Keycafe for a while now as a solution for our company fleet vehicles. This system is a godsend for vehicle management and knowing who has the keys. We operate about 20 hrs each day and the vehicles are constantly being cycled through. I was recently "knighted" as the administrator of the system and had a very brief training session by one of our employees. However, it was not enough to fully utilize the system. Pablo Quezada is our Success Coordinator and he was able to quickly train me and get me up to speed regarding all the features (features we weren't using). It also tracks who has the key and what time they pick it up and drop it off. This system has made it very easy for last minute driver changes, since keys can be quickly reassign the key from either the website or the app.

Efficace, rapide, une excellente solution

The process worked well for my first try, other than having to issue an access code at the time my guest was at the Kay Cafe machine. Perhaps i didn't sign her up properly and will try again in the future.

We Recently purchased the Keycafe, for our Building Operations Office, and we are very impressed with the system so far!
The metal casing is sturdy and durable and gives us piece of mind that all the keys are safe and secure.
Installation was simple and set up was easy. Once we got it mounted it was a few downloads and were good to start assigning keys.
Setting the boxes to the keys was easily done on the computer and assigning users was quick. Plus having the capability to do access the Keycafe from you phone if you away from the office is super handy.
Overall the Keycafe provides security, convenience, and piece of mind.
