They sent out replacement key case, it was such poor quality, it did not fit the chip inside the shaft of the key was the wrong width. I had to email 6-7 times all to little or no response. Luckily I paid with PayPal and had to claim a refund via them. Big waste of time

If you're thinking of replacing your KIA fobs new for old, don't hesitate in dealing with this company. Arrived as stated, the next day, excellent quality at a more than acceptable costing £25.98 completely transforming two battered old key fobs into brand new look alikes.....
So easy to do, take your time after watching the video on YouTube...... Delighted. 10/10

Purchased a replacement key-holder / button fob for a 2014 VW transporter T5 shuttle. My original buttons and electronics were working fine but the key blade holder had broken and my 2 month duration epoxy repair finally failed.

I saw an instruction video on line for a similar product and noted that they assumed the fob section was the problem and swapped the old blade and blade holder into the new device.

I emailed the seller to make sure that the old blade could be fixed into the new assembly but received no reply which is a shame.

With the new assembly in my hand it was easy to remove the new blade by pushing out a small retention pin using a very thin punch that I had.

Unfortunately the new blade holder isslightly too small for the new blade, something that had cncerned me and hence the unanswered email enquiry.

The original blade measured around 2.25mm and the new one only 1.87mm. Having vernier calipers has rarely been so useful.

So I carefully removed around 0.4mm from the wide rear of the blade, being sure to avoid the side which has a semicircular groove. This groove is essential for the retaining pin to push into and hold the key blade into the socket of the rotating blade holder.

After a few efforts of filing and trying it eventually fitted and the retaining pin pushed home and was reassuringly tight and secure.

As others have mentioned, taking the old fob apart to retrieve the electronic is fiddly and you are always concerned that your screwdriver / knife will slip and contaminate the electronics with blood !! :-)

It appears to me that the new assembly does not have a separate detachable battery cover. This means that reassembly is trickier than it could be because you need to wind up the spring that makes the blade holder rotate, hold the blade holder in position whilst hoping the battery stays in its terminals and pushing the two separate halves together whilst getting the weathering seals to bed into their respective grooves.

It all works perfectly and took less time than the trip to the main dealer and back which I understand would have just enabled ordering with another visit to collect.

It also looks identical to how the original must have appeared when brand new.

Would probably have upgraded to 5 stars if the blade had fitted without filing down, or if the seller had replied to my question.

Blade didnt fit in replacement case. Contacted twice and asked to return, no response given either times.

Product not as advertised also broken on delivery.

Order a case for a Range Rover Evoque. Quick delivery, ordered after 4pm and got it the next day but not as describe. The image showed it was a Range Rover case with the wording on but when it turned up it was a blank case. The silver detachable bit which was meant to have Range Rover written was detached and unable to re-attach so product is in-usable. Have sent various emails to ask how I go about returning but no response!

Well, I’m pretty impressed. After getting prices from main dealers for the same item at what can only be described as extortionate prices. I decided to give this company a go. Ordered yesterday afternoon and in less than 24 hours it was delivered. I changed over the inner parts myself after watching the little video on YouTube, linked from the website. A ten minute job and I was taking my time! Went out tested it, works perfectly and I can’t see any difference in quality from the original. Great service, good product. Thanks.

Sent the wrong key fob for a VW (my fault) but wont reply to any emails, I'd say If you dont have any problems you should be fine but in my case I should have set lite to my tenner and watch it burn, would have been more fun
