Support not answer
After 3+ days, the support is not answering and it feels like they want to see if I let them with my money stolen. I checked with new request to see how many tickets they have except mine by the number and there were just 21 except mine. So from 22 requests, to say you can't check and answer in 3+ days? Really?
Edit: They just answered and giving me a refund instead of a new key, it was a 20 dollars steam wallet key, so still wasting my time with a refund to buy the same steam wallet from somewhere else instead to show they have working keys.

Bought a key and got it.
I trust that it's a real business, but technical state of their website isn't the best.
1. The game price (before fees/taxes) changed when as I pressed the button to pay (after filling in my card details). I guess the listing I choose was sold out and it defaulted to another. I didn't notice exact change in price (it was a small change for sure), but the very fact this can happen is a problem (probably illegal too). This time I lost a few cents, but realistically price difference between 2 listings can be the reason I pick 1 store over another.
2. They require and address to be entered when dealing digital games. I know for a fact they don't actually need it to sell a digital key. They should get rid of the requirement.
3. After ordering their website initially displays order status as "Out of stock". I think it's a poorly designed UI, showing some default order status that I wasn't supposed to see. I think so, because I got the key seconds later (a human couldn't have reacted fast enough for "Out of stock" to be real.

My experience with Keycense was extremely frustrating.
They took my payment immediately, but instead of delivering the key I paid for, they instantly informed me that they would be issuing a refund. Apparently, this refund will take up to five days to process. That is simply not acceptable.
If a key is out of stock or there is an issue, that should be made clear before taking payment — not after the money has already been deducted. From a customer’s perspective, it feels careless and unprofessional. In my opinion, the company should at least attempt to source and deliver the product purchased, rather than automatically defaulting to a refund.
Having my funds tied up for days because of their internal issues is frustrating and inconvenient. This experience has left me with very little confidence in Keycense, and I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing from them.
UPDATE 10/03/2026 - After a long discussion with the support team, we did resolve the problem and I updated the review to support the team for their future indeavours.

This is the first time I ever bought a steam key and everything turned out great! Both me and my friend managed to get Terraria with no problems. I will note that the price was slightly higher than what it claimed to be but only by about 50 cents. Overall though, can't complain! Great experience.

I bought a game on Friday (Metal Slug Tactics) they took my money, but didn't make my order appear in my order list, nor did they send me an email for it.
I tried contacting support and every time I open a case their system throws me a generic error, tried multiple times and it's the same... guess they stole from me. :(
EDIT: Tis was my focking bank...
Turns out my bank was refusing payments, charged me to ride that money with interest for a couple of days, and then double fock me by delaying the notification. Thankfully the support team of keycense shed some light in this shit.

Has been ok, recently having issue with transaction completion
Have had a few transactions complete successfully. Most recent transaction is "not finalised", yet the transaction has gone through Paypal as authorized. Support said order hasn't reached their system. I'm aware of how the Paypal gateway works, so I don't really understand this response. Anyhow working with support but its been over a day in limbo. Their system also appears to offer no way to cancel an order "in limbo" .

Update: they provide the activation ID after 1 day.
