Wasted switches

I ordered switches, according to site it had to work with my model without any details. But it's appeared that I need special equipment to solder, to pull old switches. Local service didn't want to work that and return keyboard back. Support doesn't help at all and ignore my complaints. To get refund I have to pay shipping cost which is high relative to switches. All their stories about sustainable business are fake.

Btw, when I switched from Linux to Macos Bluetooth connection started to drop after some time and I have to restart Bluetooth, keyboard to continue working, which is annoying.

I had no idea the support was this bad

I had no idea the support was this bad. I had heard good things about the product, and I will say that the keys that work are really nice. The problem is I had one malfunctioning key, followed all of the "support" suggestions they kept feeding me, and still the issue persisted. Instead of allowing me to simply return the item, they said "we didn't find such a problem in our test," which is strange since I didn't get to actually return the product. I really regret buying from this company, and I hope others read this before making the same mistake.

Wireless Keyboards may not work with your Mac

I was a big fan of Keychron Keyboards because they deliver very good quality without being too expensive.

Du to a switch from Linux to Mac I had to find out, that newer models may not work properly with my brand new MacBook Pro. In this case, my Keychron K6 Pro, which was working fine with my Lenovo Linux notebook, is not working any more with Mac. The bluetooth connection would drop any 30 seconds. Nothing would work. The support of Keychron was also not helpful, simply telling me that my guarantee is already run out.

It's really a pity that I cannot use a relatively new keyboard on my Mac. I now need to find another bluetooth keyboard manufacture :(

DO NOT BUY

keyboard stopped working after 5 months. Support wasn’t helpful at all. I threw the keyboard away and bought a Logitech. Lost $125 AUD but not buying them from ever again. The keyboard had issues with skipping keypresses, double pressing and space not working. Consistently bad experience.

Subpar customer service

Didn't get the chance to try out the keyboard as the package was lost/stolen. The support team was somewhat helpful and not-to-long to answer at first, but it quickly let me do everything and was no inclined to help once I was able to prove that the package was never delivered. This is even more frustrating knowing I was really understanding (delivery issues happen), patient and went above and beyond to provide as much information as I could to make it as easy for them as possible.

Since then - 2 months later - it is still unresolved. Despite the fact I've given proof of non-delivery, the support team is taking time to respond, not really making any effort to help, every message seems like it ignores the previous one.

It is sad to say as I wasn't even able to try out their product but suffice to say I will never attempt to buy from Keychron again, nor will recommend the brand.

Delivered a faulty keyboard and no return offered

As a previously satisfied customer, I purchased the K15 Pro Wireless. This keyboard causes wireless interference with my headphones, such that they cannot be used simultaneously. I now must plugin my keyboard when I want to use my headphones. Keychron's customer service department conducted themselves poorly in the following ways; attempted to blame the problem on my computer resources (without knowing any details of my computer); attempted to blame the problem on my headphones (which work fully with all other wireless devices); offered a patch to fix a wireless interference issue that they were already aware of but the patch did not work; claimed that they have found no problems in testing this keyboard after providing me with the patch to fix the known wireless interference issue; stopped replying to my requests to return the item, in violation of their own refund policy.

As a software engineer in the wireless communications industry, I am concerned about Keychron's quality assurance process and their disregard for customer satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would not trust Keychron to deliver a keyboard again. I recommend seeing similar reviews about this business and remind you that there are plenty of other suppliers with positive reputations.

Bluetooth does not work

Bluetooth does not work. RGB was defective for one key. The worst customer service experience of my life. They would not offer return despite me requesting one within the first week. Terrible company- stay away.

Disregard for the customer

The keyboard is OK. Quite overpriced, though. But it came faulty. Two keys not working. Then you have to deal with customer service, and here is the problem. As other people wrote, is slow and pitiful. The store appears to be located in the USA, but it's in China. They ship the keyboards from there. And they want you to pay for the returning shipping costs if the keyboard they send you doesn't work. Crazy. Disrespectful and blatant, kind of like you're dealing with a pickpocket on the street. Never again.

I recently bought a Kechron Q2 Max

I recently bought a Kechron Q2 Max. I had been previously using Q2 Pro and upgraded to Q2 Max. The keyboard is hopeless and worser than Q2 Pro. massive double typing and mistyping. the space bar types twice which you could see in this review. I felt I have been robbed. not sure if I can sue them to get my money back. please do not buy Q2 Max.

If it's faulty you've just burned a pile of cash.

Bought a keyboard on Black Friday, 14 weeks later and it still doesn't work.

One of the (hard soldered) switches is faulty but Keychron take weeks to reply to every e-mail and then just try and suggest ridiculous troubleshooting steps rather than process the return.

Eventually went down the chargeback route with my bank. I'd encourage others to do the same as this might put some pressure on them.

Missing item with no resolution from Keychron

I ordered a Keychron K10 Pro keyboard and a 110 pack of Cherry switches. The keyboard arrived on 3rd January but to this day (18th February) I have not used it because the cherry switches haven't arrived.

I raised the issue with them the day after the keyboard arrived as the tracking number I was given showed them as being delivered with the keyboard. After a week they hadn't replied so I raised the issue through PayPal. They then advised of a different tracking number which showed the switches arriving in London but not moving from there for a week. At this point I would assume they were lost, however Keychron requested we wait to see if they arrive. I happily waited and requested weekly updates until the deadline for escalation. I escalated the case on 28th January, 4 weeks after first reporting them missing. It has now been over 7 weeks since the keyboard was delivered and they are still refusing to provide any resolution.

I presume PayPal will refund my money when they get around to reviewing the case however the wait is very frustrating. I had intended to re-purchase the switches from Keychron (along with another keyboard & switches for my girlfriend) however the poor customer service has put me off doing this, regardless of how good the keyboard inevitably turns out to be when I finally get to use it.

Great keyboard, good delivery

I ordered a K5 Max (low profile, full size), with brown switches. This is a great mechanical keyboard. The delay to receive it was quite long (more than a week) but that was less than announced on their web site, and delivery was not that expensive.

Good keyboard, terrible customer service

I have no issues with the keyboard at all. Everything works as expected. The reason why I'm giving it three stars is the shocking low tier quality of their customer service. Ordered my keyboard on January 4th, and the "muchacos" forgot to send it until 09th January until I contacted them via customer service. The keyboard arrived 10 days later which is advertised on the website and I'm okay with that. It is oblivious that all the keyboards are coming from China and not EU warehouses as advertised on their website which is a blatant lie. All the replies they have sent to me were from Google Translate. Hopefully, I wont have any issues since I highly doubt I'll ever get a replacement. Be careful with them and only pay with Pay Pal. All in all, great keyboard in the range of 100 EUR, but the dude are incompetent in regards of one of the worst customer services and delivering the already paid product

Good experience

Was looking here because they seemed to be the only place that sells an ISO fullsize aluminium hotswap keyboard, did read the reviews first so was a little hesitant, and I had a small issue with the keyboard where one of the switches didn't register all the time, they immediately sent out a replacement part that was with me in 2 weeks so happy overall.
