Quality and Service disappointment

I’m extremely disappointed with Keychron.

Four years ago, when I bought my first keyboard from them, the build quality and overall finish were outstanding. It genuinely felt like a premium product and made me trust the brand.

However, after purchasing another keyboard last year, I already noticed a significant drop in the quality of the materials used. It didn’t feel the same anymore.

Last week, I decided to give Keychron one last chance and ordered a replacement keycap set. This time, the quality is simply unacceptable—especially considering the price. You can easily find better products for much less, even on platforms like AliExpress.

To make matters worse, I contacted customer support, but only a bot responds to my messages. They are also refusing to honor my right of withdrawal, which is clearly protected under European law.

I strongly advise against buying from Keychron. It’s a brand I used to love, but today, nothing remains of the product quality or customer service they once offered. Absolutely avoid.

Lies to customers about return policies

So I purchased a M6 mouse form them via the NL website, I am leaving the review here because I had the worst customer experience from Keychron FR. So the mouse I took out and it was incredibly uncomfortable, the packaging is not damaged as I opened it is such way that it can be sent back as I do wtih all my products I buy. Then the customer support said sorry EU laws state you have to return it unopened , no no no that is not the law. How can a consumer test the product and return it if it does not meet their needs because the packaging is opened. I will be posting the email exchange all over the inter and report you to the consumer biard for lying to customers about the consumer laws. Have a good day!
