The electronic component and the blind failed after 10 years, €700 to repair it. When i asked why so dear, I was told it was a luxury item. When in fact it's 12 feet out of reach. So, perhaps a bad desisgn decision by architect. When I saw the part that had deteriorated in the blind, I was appalled there was no option to repair it. I suggest company look to that revenue stream instead of inbuilt obsolescence.

For the price wasn’t very happy, didn’t fit the window correctly and when pulling the blind up and down it’s coming off the runner. Wouldn’t buy again.

Poor product and bad customer service
We bought 4 keylite solar powered blinds and after 6 months they all started slagging . Wrote to the company and was advised that installation needs to be corrected
Got a professional blinds installer to look at it and he said it was the product that wasn’t up to the standard . Have advised the company we have had all this done and no answer so far . Let’s see if the resolve it . If they do I might change my review however so far the product and service are well below any acceptable level

Poor after sales customer service
Have had four keylite roof windows fitted in various locations and are happy with the product. We have however had an issue with the support brackets on the opening bars coming loose and on one window coming off completely. Through our builders we made initial contact with the Keylite technical support team and on there request sent back a form and photos of the windows. Since the initial email on the 3rd of July we have chased up twice, still no response, we now appear to have been ghosted completely, this is unprofessional and rude! You requested that we fill the form in to arrange a convenient time for one of your technical support team to attend site and nothing. Very disappointed in your after sales customer service.

Absolutely Top Customer Service
Had an issue with fitting a loft ladder to my property. Long story short, online support received from KEYLITE was second to none; they seriously went above and beyond ensuring that I ended up with a working ladder that was right and I could use. I have fitted their ladders previously, but now I will go nowhere else. Thank you to all at the KEYLITE Triage Team!

Rip Off
I accidentally clicked on the wrong item, knew as soon as they arrived they were wrong. They charged me £7.50 + VAT per blind for restocking fee + the cost of the courier - cost me £49 for a genuine mistake. Restocking fee what a rip off! Won’t be buying from here again! My recommendation is to buy from Blinds Direct instead equally good product approx 50% of the price!

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Difficult to get straight answers from the get go. Despite sending product codes and photos of the installation the engineer showed up and immediately said they weren’t compatible with my windows. Wasted morning. I was told I’d get a full refund but a month later and having chased SIX times they still have my money. Total shambles.
