Purchased ms office 356 with my own email id activated.... It took some time to activate but finally its done.

I'm happy now.... I'm now on ms office 365 family plan....

UPDATE:
The review was for jetbrains lifetime. It worked for a year and then it stopped working. When requested a resolution they gave me a new account and it also stopped working. Now no response from them. Never ever trust them with life time plans. I just learned the hard way.

Bought Jetbrains suite. No problem with activation. Activated with my personal account. The support personnel was so much patient, understood my request and did exactly what I was asking for. Satisfied and recommended.

Most trusted site. Their service is marked not less then outstanding. their products are value for money. Recommended to buy.

Bought netflix subscription 4k, It was not even worked for 3 months. so many emails and whatsapp chat. No help nothing. Now they removed the netflix option itself. what about the money which I paid. May be its ok to buy OS and office key but lifetime no guarantee. also dnt buy any cloud storage from them if they account is blocked you may end up loosing the data. Better buy from genuine service provider always. dont fall for the price

The support staff generally communicates in timely manner and rectify issues with some of my products, so kudos for them.
However, I have to mention that "Beware" of their YouTube Premium, essentially advertised as lifetime product as one-time payment only. That was expired/ cancelled only just over two months into activation and no fix for over two weeks, and at this point I'm taking steps to request a refund for that product specifically. I'm so far happy with other products with them, hence the three-star rating.

UPDATE 1:
They always reply here to say send an email to the supporting staff which I have already done, still no response.

UPDATE 2:
Bumping down to two stars as they No Longer responding to YouTube premium subscription queries either via whatsapp or email any longer.

For all having YouTube issues, if they don't resolve in time you need to file a chargeback with the credit card company

I purchased a YouTube Premium subscription from Keys-shop.in on April 5, 2025. Everything seemed fine initially, but the service was unexpectedly terminated on July 3, 2025, well before the expected validity.

I tried contacting their customer support multiple times — they initially asked for my order ID (which I shared more than 3 times), but then went completely silent. I even emailed the manager directly and also with official email, but received no response whatsoever.

One vague message said something about a "billing cycle," but no resolution or follow-up ever came. It's clear that customer support is either inactive or intentionally ignoring customers after taking payment.

This was a paid service, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this site. Better to get YouTube Premium directly from YouTube or through trusted platforms.

Avoid Keys-shop.in at all costs.

As part of reply to your response on review, I must say to check your mails and read my review thoroughly. Already sent mails but no response.

I purchased a lifetime YouTube license from Keyshop.in, and it stopped working within just one month. When I raised a complaint, I was told to "wait for some time" – and despite multiple follow-ups over the last two months, there has been no response.

Worse, a friend of mine faced the exact same issue with an AI tool he bought from the same site. It worked for a month, and then he was also told to wait, followed by complete silence.

It is becoming clear that Keyshop.in is running a fraudulent scheme – offering licenses (especially those with ongoing subscription costs) under the false promise of "lifetime access", collecting money upfront, and then disappearing without support or resolution.
I strongly advise others to stay away from Keyshop.in. Based on my experience and others’, it appears to be a scam operation.
