Fast and perfect service!! Great experience!
I was failed by two other services before hand so I went into this service with my guard on. I paid for an iPhone 5s unlock on a late Monday night and received an email 13 hours later- around 3pm saying that my phone was unlocked. All I had to do was place the SIM card and connect to iTunes. I hope everyone else has a great experience with them, too!

Don't go with the cheaper service!
Tried a cheaper company, they took a week to tell me they couldn't do it, tried Keys2iPhone, they got it done in a day and a half. It's worth the extra few bucks.

My experience with Keys2iPhone was great!
From payment through PayPal that made me feel secure from the beginning to the email I got for tracking the status of the phone to finally the email that it has been factory unlocked and then finally seeing my phone working with any carrier is amazing!
