Sent a key for repair and it was fixed and returned with no issue within a week or two. I decided to get the spair key repaired and sent also. However, whilst the spare key was with them the original key started playing up. So when the spare key finally arrived I was asked to send the original back for repair. I have never seen the original since and the company is now untraceable? This was May 2020
Order acknowledged 4th October (33 days ago). Since then, nothing, and no reply to email.
Superb replacement at a fraction of the cost. The down side is the comms. Phones are dead and had to e-mail 3 times to get a reply. Customer service contact needs improved but the end product was good!
