Very sturdy and heavy. Seems to be much more secure than the cheap one we use for gate key, which is exaclty what I wanted to keep a spare house key in. Probably even more secure than the mortice lock the key is for! Relatively easy to install but needed to buy a longer drill bit.

This is a very heavy and robust feeling product. As of yet it has not been fitted but the installation video and instructions are very clear. It was bought to go outside a communal block and seems more than up to the job.

Very well built and sturdy. Easy to install and set the code, although instructions in larger/clearer print would be helpful. I bought this model because of the illuminated keypad and it would have been good to have more information about this on the website i.e what battery does it need, battery life etc.

This is an incredibly sturdy keyasafe that gives us great peace of mind at my parents house, knowing their keys are as secure as possible outside when left for the carers. There are far more combinations of pin number than many other keyasfes making this one of the sturdiest and most secure on the market. More expensive than most but worth every penny. Highly recommended.

The product is solid and is exactly as described. It was easy to programme the code following the instructions and to attach it to the wall with the tools I bought as an accessory as suggested. To open I feel instructions are necessary, it is not intuitive; the property is a holiday home. The buttons are well spaced and easy to press. Overall very satisfied.

I like that this particular key safe has push buttons rather than a tumbler dial, also that I am able to use a digit more than once in setting the code and that thereafter it doesn't matter in which order the digits are entered. However, and I have spoken to someone in customer service about this......the instructions could be made a lot clearer, simplified. Many of your customers will, like me, be elderly, we need step by step guidance...... Please break down and simplify into stage one, stage two etc.....especially a section on what NOT to do, and clarification on NOT accidently closing the safe whilst in the process of setting the code. The safe is very heavy and when handling it is a little difficult to keep all three sections of the key safe open. I set mine on the dining table where I could rest the unit on its side to keep the sections open. There was nothing in the instructions about the fact that once everything is set up, that to activate the green backlight illumination at night (so that you can see to enter the code in the dark) that you must first pull down the reset button, OR, that you then have just 20 seconds to put the code in before the illuminated buttons go out, I thought I had a faulty product until I phoned customer services and it was explained to me. I had my key safe professionally fitted but still had to reiterate to the handyman that screws must NOT go into mortar or have raw plugs !! Now that the key safe is fitted I am pleased with the way it functions.

I’m struggling to set the code. Instructions are unclear. I think the installer set it (he did show me how) but now I can’t reset it to the number I want. The illustration attached is small and the whole thing really fiddly. I’m worried about locking it and not being able to get in again.
