I didn't believe that such "customer relationship" still exists. I will be short: bought an Office 365 license that didn't offer what I expected (I don' say that didn't offer what they said it's just different form what I expected). When I requested to cancel the order and be refunded the customer support blamed me, that I didn't read the full description and that I am the issue :)). They say on the first page in the website "money back guarantee" but when you request this, the funny story begins. In my case they said it's my fault so what they can do the most is to refund only a part because of bank fees :)). That's what you understand by "money back guarantee"? I would say they got it wrong. If you truly want to buy something, be sure you won't need the money back. I've lost money and time (arguing with the support), be sure you won't do the same.
It's a pity that these business still exists.
