What an absolute breath of fresh air this competition is! A whole new concept in a house raffle but with a twist!
The public are given an interactive opportunity to help design & choose furnishing options within the property via weekly polls on Instagram!
It’s so exciting to be able to feel involved and watch the renovation unfold each week. Whilst holding on to the eternal hope that you might just get lucky and win! I must admit I’ve become completely invested in the renovation!
For the price of a coffee you may just end up with a home! Or there are bundle tickets which give you even greater chances for less! And if you’re not fortunate enough to win, you know you have been helping some special charities.
Why do I love this concept so much? It is founded by Stuart Douglas who can been seen working alongside his sister Scarlette Douglas on Channel 4’s ‘Can’t sell, Must sell’ amongst other property shows.
For this reason I feel in safe hands entering this particular competition company, safe in the knowledge it is completely legit.
The best bit for me personally? This first property is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Bournemouth. Finally a property the average person/family/couples etc. could actually afford to live. Or to help young people get a step up on the property ladder! Or to leave as an asset to a loved one where they may be nothing else. As opposed to a completely unrealistic £4,000000 type of property where many of us simply couldn’t afford that type of upkeep!
It’s realistic, it’s within the realms of the average person & taking a dream a little further by feeling involved in all aspects & updates of the renovation!
And after all, there is always hope…and it’s hopes and dreams that keep us all going.
