After a nightmarish 10 months of selling our leasehold flat in 2022,and then finding ourselves with only 2 weeks to move somewhere, the team of Keys removal were the only positive element about it all; calm, organised, worked extremely quick and neat, relaxed, positive, lovely banter among themselves, they were a delight to helping us move and they took all the stress out of the move. In fact, we were so pleased with their service, we booked them again, 6 months later, to help us move to our forever new home and despite having to move the items whilst it was raining, they worked extremely neat, using covers everywhere and nothing got damaged or broken. They never left their positive attitude or smiles and even did a little repair job whilst they were there. An absolute delight and I would recommend Keys removals to everyone. They were recommended to us by a friend who has moved many times and always uses Keys.

Keys removals and storage were very professional from the onset of our removal. They turned up at the time they said and assessed which items needed loading first to be dropped off at the various destinations. We were very pleased with the way everything was handled and would recommend them for any job no matter how small or big.

Excellent company to deal with. Great value for money and the guys took so much care of everything, they were lovely. Outstanding customer service and they went over and above to help in every way. If I move again, I will use them again without hesitation. My belongings went into their storage for 4 months and everything came out exactly as it went in in perfect condition. The team at Keys made our move so much less stressful than it could have been. From the initial quote, through to numerous enquiries from me regarding availability, Lloyd couldn't have been more helpful or professional.

The two members of staff who came to pack our house the day before the move were brilliantly efficient and had a fun, friendly approach to their work. They packed us in record time and returned the next day to pack the remaining items, and moved us to our new property. Lloyd even plumbed our washing machine in for us!

If you are thinking of using Keys, do it. They are the only company I will use in future and have no hesitation in recommending.

We moved from Steeple Bumpstead to Betws y coed and they helped above and beyond. Moving out was not stressful due to their help and the move in was perfect.
The lads who drive all the way up in the rain, unloaded and moved us in we’re amazing.
I have no problems either using them again or recommending.

Excellent service arrived on time had the vehicle loaded in a couple of hours could not have been more helpful and cheerful the team are a credit to there company , we had a long distance move and the team arrived at 9 am as they said would and once again reinstated us in to our new home ,l would have no hesitation in highly recommending keys removals

Excellent service. The team turned up en masse and nice and early, having provided packing materials in advance. Loaded up speedily, delivered us all safely and were tidy and courteous all the way through, even fixing up the washing machine. Highly recommended.

Lloyd and the team at keys offered a fantastic service. From the first phone call until the last box was placed down in our new home they have been first class.

We moved on Friday 18th February during storm Eunice, what is a stressful day in itself was made more concerning due to the storm but the guys were not phased and put us at ease ! Even managing to pass the larger items over our first floor balcony as discussed, well done all.

It’s the small touches that often count, protection and care of furniture, thick runners throughout the property both new and old was much appreciated.

The dismantling and re assembly of furniture was also a useful service to add.

I can’t recommend them enough, it’s 5 stars from us.

A very professonal service. Competitively priced (I think), friendly courtesy from the manager and removal men, turned up on time, didn't break anything. Just what was needed at a very stressful time (moving house).

Absolutely amazing service from the very start. Quick to reply to a request for a quote, came on time to give the quote and then remained in contact during the booking before our move.
