I never received the product and will be disputing the charge.

No communication after the payment nor the delivery of the product.

Paid for my order. One week later, haven't received it and now the website, email and phone number have all been disconnected. Will be disputing the charge and working with a different company. Very disappointed.

They do a great job! Good quality

Same problem as everyone else that's reviewed. I ordered the first time and received my merchandise even though it ran slightly behind schedule. I felt good about ordering again and I've been waiting for over a month, but was told they would ship the following week. The biggest issue is the phone number on their website |isn't in service" and I can't get a response from my representative.

Order placed 1/10. It's 2/18, no product and won't answer requests for order update.

Fast turnaround time and great customer service

I approved my order (already had paid) on 1/13, got no confirmation or follow up email, sent another email 1/15 for shipping/tracking info but got no reply, called and left voice mails but got no reply, emailed for update again on 1/21 but no reply now it’s 1/22 and still no word or key tags… only this request for a review!!

Just like other people, I have been scammed from this company. I placed an order in August 2024 and in January 2025 I have yet to receive my order. Do NOT order from this company.

Every time we order there is a problem and an excuse. Our order was placed EIGHT WEEKS ago, and we still do NOT have it. Braun LIED and told us on 12/17 our order would ship on 12/20/2024. When we didn't received it took over a week for us to finally get Braun on the phone. He said our order printed incorrectly and has to be reprinted. If that was the case, WHY did he say it would ship on the 20th? and why did he not contact us to let us now there was a problem? He told us on 1/2/2025 the order would be expedited, and we have not heard anything since.
We are now out of tags for our new members.

Complete lack of any form of communication and I've received precisely 0 out of the 250 keytags I ordered over a month ago. Pretty poor experience overall. Where is the stuff I ordered?

order product back in Oct 21 and still have not received it. they however took my money up front.

I sent multiple emails with no response to find out if our logo was added to the order but haven’t heard.

Do Not buy from here! our company ordered a product on April 15, and was supposed to be ship within 2 weeks. They ignore our emails and calls, until we threat with a charge back, a month ago. they call and said they had an issue and order was to be shipped asap. They disappears, didn't answer anymore emails and phone, we requested numerous times a refund, and after 1 month they answered that they will get our order asap! after we already purchase with another company, and they STILL refuse to refund our money.
DO NOT BUY HERE! THERE IS 100'S OF COMPANIES OUT THERE

Please DO NOT ORDER from this company, we ordered 2 months ago, they disappear, they don’t answer emails or phone calls. We ask for a refund and now we have to do the charge back because finally the answer via web chat with a lame excuses that they didn’t have the product and they STILL refuse to give us our money back when they haven’t even started the order. Shame on them! But we will get our money back and we got the product on time from somebody else is LESS than 2 weeks!
