My requirements were pretty simple: a single view of what I have and what I'm spending, without mental arithmetic every time I check in. Keytom handles that well.

The balance is on-the-spot, the spending is easy to follow, and I'm not cross-referencing multiple places or accounts to understand how things really are. Category customization could really go further, but for straightforward money management it works.

I have opened account with keytom couple days ago. I noted down my euro details which they provided. Today I wnet to bank and made transfer of 130 000 to an account that they provided. I come backhome to see if it arrived and my account is blocked. Support is telling me they have not received it and it was some kind of internal decision to close my account. but why was I given account in the first place? Support is useless god know if I get my money back now and if yes when will I get it because they are not sharing any information about it.

For a while, receiving and especially spending crypto seemed more complicated than it was worth. You need to navigate through various exchanges, dealing with fees, and constantly being uncertain about the current status of your funds.

Apps like Keytom breaking this circle. I have chosen to keep my funds there, because I kinda liked how they do in socials, and their website was quite impressive. Now I can do euro transfers nearly straight from crypto, or pay for anythig with crypto, everything goes through this app.

They show all the fees for exchanges or transactions right away, the rates are set at market prices in real time as far as I can see. Obviously you can get better rates with trading platforms, but again, you’ll lose practicaly the same on fees and extra transfers, plus I’m no trader and it’s a lot of fuss for me tbh.

All in all, I can say that Keytom is the place that truly feels manageable and user-friendly.

Don't even try, the service is terrible! You have to enter your password every time, only to be told it's already been used, which isn't true. The verification link never arrives. Meanwhile, they save your passwords, and...? More than 6 of their 5-star reviews come from accounts with only one review: run away!!

wanted one place for everything instead of doing calculations every time i checked my money. keytom solved that. open the app, see the balance, see the spending, done. made budgeting less annoying because there is nothing to piece together. categories could use more options but thats a minor. works well for what i need it for

i travel a lot and some of what i earn comes in crypto and it used to be such a headache to actually use day to day. keytom just made it normal. keep everything there, spend when i need to, rates are fair, app is clean. don't think about it anymore when im moving around which is exactly what i wanted. one place, everything visible, done

honestly wasn't sure keytom would hold up for actual business use. My spend isn't small and I've had other platforms just quietly fail when things got heavy. payments not going through, limits hitting at the worst time, support taking days. None of that here. goes through, limits are fine, and if i have a question someone actually replies. using it every day now

Great application, great service. High limits and easy onboarding process, transactions fly by even if the additional documents are requested (compliance do their work fast). I am an experienced user of Keytom, first advantage is that opening a card is free and you can immediately top it up, they don't force you to chose their subscription (idk if they have any at all). You can buy from their card big ticket stuff (hotels, business class, luxurious clothes) without any limits (I always pay for my trips with Keytom). Euro account is also good to use, even if you have SoF in crypto you can move the funds.

I have been using Keytom for a couple of months now and it is honestly a breath of fresh air. Finding a place where you can keep your crypto and a regular IBAN account together is usually a huge pain but these guys made it simple.
The best part for me is the virtual card. I just top it up with USDT and use it for my daily stuff without having to jump through ten different exchanges to get cash. The app is clean and it does not lag which is a big plus compared to other fintech apps I tried before.
The verification took a bit longer than I expected maybe around two days but once that was done everything else has been smooth. Transfers are fast and the rates are fair. If you need a reliable bridge between your coins and real world spending this is a solid choice.

After neglecting/ignoring request (and follow-ups) for outbound transfer from our account held with Keytom (to our own entity held with a different bank), several days, and multiple ignored messages later, our account was frozen and "compliance" triggered an Enhanced Due Diligence with extremely unusual and unrealistic requests. 7+ figures (USD) are frozen. This review may be updated if this case gets positively resolved within 5 business days.

I’ve been using Keytom for quite some time now. Initially, I signed up because I needed an alternative way to work with cryptocurrency while still being able to spend money in everyday situations.

The onboarding and verification process was straightforward and didn’t take longer than anticipated. The interface is clean and easy to comprehend, making it accessible even for those without a deep understanding of digital finance. What I value most is having both cryptocurrency and fiat currencies in one place, along with a virtual card that functions effectively for daily payments. This eliminates the need for P2P or CEX experiences.

However, there are areas for improvement. The product is clearly still in its development phase, with certain features missing, such as cashback programs. While they occasionally offer special deals, it’s not always reliable. Additionally, customer support isn’t always instant, but in their defence they've always managed to resolve my issues in the end. Despite these issues, the platform doesn’t feel chaotic or unreliable. It’s evident that the team is aware of its limitations and is actively working towards addressing them.

Overall, Keytom serves as a reliable tool for individuals seeking flexibility between cryptocurrency and traditional payments. This is particularly relevant given the limited accessibility of standard banks or fintech services for many people today. I intend to continue using Keytom and closely monitor its development.

P.S. I’ve seen some users mention issues with the referral system. I can’t speak for everyone, but in my case it worked fine, I invited a friend and both of us received the reward without any problems.

They declined to pay the referral bonus after my friend had completed all the required actions. They hide behind their T&C saying there was violation of the program rules, which is an absolute lie! Of course they do not provide any evidence because there was no violation, they just do not want to pay the bonus obviously. Taking into account high fees they do not seem to be competitive at all and there are much more honest financial instituions with much lower fees in the market. To avoid!
